This architecturally designed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse is situated behind secure gates and set over 2 levels. This property captures the relaxed Noosa lifestyle.
This exceptional property features it's own private pool which is set in your own furnished north facing courtyard, where you can just relax and enjoy.
On ground level you are welcomed into a modern open plan living area, well equipped modern kitchen, dining area and breakfast bar. Large glass bi-fold doors open out to allow the indoor and outdoor living to meet. Three generous sized bedrooms are upstairs all having direct access to the river facing balcony, this property is fully air conditioned for your comfort.
This stunning property is a short walk to the Noosa Marina Tewantin home to restaurants, bars and casual eateries overlooking the Noosa River, minutes to Gympie Terrace riverfront for many wonderful Restaurants, cafes and parks, or a 10 minute drive into Noosa's Hastings Street and main beach.

Excellent location, lovely house, great outlook and quiet. Close to river. Gated lock up garage was great. Highly recommend the property for a quiet holiday.

Beautiful house in an outstanding position, close enough to the lively night life of Gympie terrace but far enough away not to be disturbed by any late revellers. Spacious, immaculately clean with everything you could possibly want for a longer stay. Can’t wait for our 2 week holiday here early next year. Definitely a full 5 star rating is justified.
