Relax oceanfront on one of the few vacation rentals available with oceanfront/ beach access from building (not from unit) on Hampton Beach (no street to cross), only ocean breeze, fresh air and no street noise. Swim, sunbathe, play in the sand with one of your favorite outdoor games, or just relax with your friends and family by the ocean.
Take in and enjoy from your large private 2 season porch; the non-obstructed, panoramic, amazing views of the great blue Atlantic Ocean, Boars Head, beams of light at night from the lighthouse on the Isle of Shoals. Have your morning coffee/ breakfast watching the sunrise, observe the parasailers, beachgoers, variety of birds and wildlife, read a book/magazine or take a nap listening to the ocean waves, seagulls coo and enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset with friends and family, have a romantic night with your loved one. Storm watching at its finest, have a front row to watch the clouds roll in and give a magnificent dance

Living room with sectional, Tv has Roku for streaming, we provide free of charge, Amazon Prime Video & guest enabled for use of their accounts.
Stream on FREE WIFI, cool off from a hot day in the sun with Air conditioning and ceiling fans in kitchen, including porch. Warm up on cold days with heat in all rooms.
We provide all our guests with-
Beach accessories: Beach wagon, 6 beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, sand toys and beach games.
Baby accessories: highchair, play yard & Childrens dinnerware.
Variety of board games, card games, coloring books, word puzzles, books.
Linens (towels, beach towels, sheets, blankets)
Kitchen accessories: dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, Keurig, coffee maker, toaster, blender, Lobster pot, silverware, dinnerware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans and other small gadgets.
Stationary: pen, paper, scissor, crayons.

(Condo). 1 bedroom- 1 queen bed and armoire for guest storage.
2nd bedroom- 1 bunk bed (full bed bottom/ twin bed top) and armoire for guest storage.
living room- sectional with TV (Roku) twin cot in 2nd bedroom.
2 season porch- couch, 2 wicker chairs, 4 high seat table and chair (no ac or heat on porch)

garage- 1 vehicle (66" max height) if vehicle is over max height we will pay for parking up to $70 at alternative parking.

Elevator- 52" height 32 " wide

NO PETS, PARTIES, SMOKING OF ANY KIND ALLOWED.

We stayed from July 16-20th. The condo porch faces the beach with a lovely, unobstructed view. The beach is a very short walk from the unit. Upon arrival, we found the unit to be clean and fully stocked with beach items (chairs, towels, umbrella, etc.), kitchen items and linens. There is an AC unit that we used only while sleeping or cooking, and we kept the house open to the sea breeze during the day and early evening so we could enjoy the porch. It is really a great setup for a week at the beach. We are a family of four; there was plenty of room to sleep and move around. Plenty of sitting/lounging space. The small washer dryer was a nice bonus for towels and such. The appliances are very nice and easy to use. They had every type of dish and utensil necessary as well. That was all the factual information. Our emotional experience was a joyful one. The place feels like it was designed with care and the communication of the hosts was top notch. There are books, games and a nice TV (for rainy days). There is an illustrated book with information about the area that the hosts made as well. The ocean sounds are ever-present and the whole vibe of the place emits relaxation. Every morning, we put our chairs on the beach and enjoyed each day. It honestly couldn’t have been better. Thank you!

Great location, beautiful and clean condo. Parking down the street and the shower size was a negative, but the sunrises, fully stocked cabinets and comfort were great!

Whoever invented those fisheye, panoramic camera lens? Photos of this and actual reality are not the same place. But, it was nice, clean and the beach location excellent. The key to operate elevator everytime was annoying but a security plus. The garge being only 66 inches high was a major negative. We had to park 200 yards from the property on a busy avenue with people walking it even late at night. Folks, inquire if there is outdoor parking or bring your littlest vehicle, not all units are allowed outside parking. All in all, nice place, worth the cost, location great, beds comfortable.

This was a short getaway for us and the condo was comfortable and well appointed for cooking, etc. The best part was being able to walk right out the door and onto the beach and seeing the sunrises directly in front of us every morning. Lovely spot!

Terrific rental! Condo was spotless, comfortable, and supplied with all sorts of extras, including a welcome basket of treats. Best part, of course, was the panoramic view from the spacious porch. Recommend most highly.

Wendy was very accommodating and responsive. The condo was immaculate and the view was gorgeous. You can't help but relax. Wendy also provided a starter amount of treats, toiletries, etc. Which I believe goes a long way. My family and I will definitely rent from her again.
