Best value for money

AMAZING!! Julio has made this place truly great. The facilities were all clean and only four people per room so it didn’t get too hot which wasn’t an issue with the whole building being air conditioned. Julio gave us recommendations for places to visit in town and made sure we had a good stay. The balcony was a lovely place to unwind before bed and the breakfast provided in the morning was so yummy. Would come back again in a heartbeat.

From the minute I arrived Julio was attentive, enthusiastic and was so proud of his hostel. All mod cons, and a beautiful breakfast made by Gloria

El desayuno fue delicioso! Gracias Doña Gloria!! Muy agradecida porque me quedé en otro lugar publicado “con desayuno” y fue un croissant y ya. Conocí la tarta española por primera vez y tal cual como dijo su hijo… los huevos revueltos y el zumo natural.. todo súper yum 😋 Alegre q decidí quedarme 2 noches para disfrutar del desayuno otra vez mañana! 🥰

Del lugar no tengo ningúna queja. Solo quisiera que los otros huéspedes intentaran a asear un poco más atrás de si mismo. Por ejemplo no cuesta nada poner tu toalla en la canasta para ropa sucia etc

Would recommend to anyone staying in Pontevedra.

This was my favourite place to stay while walking the Camino Portuguese. A very welcoming host Julio and his lovely mum. The facilities also felt very luxurious compared to many other hostels. I would definitely stay again if returning to Pontevedra.

Bestes Haus am Camino für mich!!!

Ich könnte jetzt einfach schreiben, es war der Hammer. Dann würde es auch passen. Ich war zu früh vor Ort. Der Online Check In hatte nicht geklappt. Aber Julio, der Inhaber hatte mich bereits am Morgen per Whats App kontaktiert. Als in wie verabredet ankam hat er schon auf mich gewartet und meinen Rucksack verstaut. Da das Zimmer noch nicht fertig war bekam ich einen Tipp für ein gutes Pilger Menu. Kaim fertig mit Essen meldete sich Julio wieder, daß jetzt alles fertig sei. Code für die Tür und auch für das Zimmer wird individuell vergeben. Zimmer mit 4 Betten, 2 x Stock. Dazu 2 Fernseher im Zimmer. Ein wirklich Top Badezimmer mit Hotel Komfort. Toller Aufenthaltsraum und Dachterrasse. Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung und Julio kümmert sich wirklich um alles. Nach 2 Stunden im Haus bekam ich noch eine Nachricht ob alles ok ist oder ich noch etwas benötigen würde. Julio und seine Mutter sind hervorragende Gastgeber!!!! Das Haus ist super modern renoviert, TipTop sauber, in sehr guter und ruhiger Lage. Getränke im Automat. Super WLAN. Besser geht fast nicht für eine Pilgerunterkunft. Schon gar nicht für den wirklich angemessenen Preis. Vielen Dank Julio

en todo momento siempre, julio trata que te sientas como en casa. habitacion con television, uso de lavanderia gratuita, servicio de 10. Y para mi lo mejor despues de un buen descanso . el desayuno con gloria que te asegura que no te falte de nada , espectacular con huevos revueltos recien hechos, tostadas, zumo de naranja natural y hasta tarta de santiago, que mas se puede pedir.

La mejor opción en Pontevedra

Julio y Gloria son lo más. Te hacen sentir como en casa. Gloria cocina de maravilla (menuda tarta de Santiago!!!!) El hostal está impecable, con una decoración buenísima y mucha tecnología. Lavadora y secadora gratis Ubicación fantástica y trato excelente

Perfect!

How clean the place is, the super kind and helpful owners, the incredible comfy bed, the fresh orange juice, the fresh made cake for breakfast, the washing machine.

Not that I didn't like, but just less nice or a point of improvement. The fact that there are two showers and two toilets in one bathroom which makes the chance higher the bathroom is occupied. And that there's no space/hooks to put towel/clothes/etc. in the bathroom for disabled people.

It’s a good stop for pilgrims with everything you need.

Use of a washing machine and dryer were included in the price as was a good breakfast .

It would have been nice to have curtains around the beds as most other modern hostels have

Welcoming family hostel

It was modern and extremely clean! It had everything I could possibly need and was very comfortable. All of the staff I met were just friendly and lovely. It felt like a family and I was so well looked after all the time. Thank you.

Das beste und luxuriöseste Hostel auf dem Camino

Das aussergewöhnlichste und luxuriöseste Hostel auf meinem Camino. Julio hat uns so freundlich empfangen und uns das 4er Zimmer zu dritt offeriert. Tolle Betten mit super Matratzen. Alles wie in einem 5* Hotel. Waschen gratis, alles aussergewöhnlich sauber. Und Gloria seine Mutter hat uns am Morgen eine wunderbare Frühstück zubereitet mit Santiago Kuchen😍❤️. Vielen lieben Dank an dich Julio für den tollen Aufenthalt und den lustigen Abend in deiner Bar „ Bankok“!!

Pleasant and comfortable in Pontevedra

Brand new place, nicely designed and very hospitable people who run it.

It’s on a narrow street with a bar directly across and many others on the street, so it was quite noisy and will be more so in the better weather. So, bring earplugs if this will bother you

Great hostel!

Great hostel. Lots of nice extras: individualised key code for your room, washing and drying machines. Julio gave lots of great advice for food and drinks. Gloria did a great breakfast!

Fenomenal! Obrigada!

Tudo!!!! O anfitrião Júlio é fantástico, preocupado connosco antes de chegarmos, a pensar no nosso bem-estar. As instalações…não podiam ser melhor. A mãe do Júlio uma querida, no pequeno-almoço tínhamos um bolo caseiro feito pela Glória (mãe do Julio), para além de sumo natural, boa disposição e carinho da Glória. Se voltar a Pontevedra é certo voltar a ficar aqui .

Besser geht es einfach nicht

Nachdem ich jetzt zwei Tage überlegt habe, mir fällt wirklich nichts ein, warum ich dieser Herberge nicht die vollen 10 Punkte geben sollte. Alles neu, sauber, total durchdacht, kostenlos waschen inkl Waschmittel, tolles Frühstück war inklusive, Julio kümmert sich um alles, schreibt Nachrichten und fragt nach, ob alles ok ist. Diese U Unterkunft ist wirklich outstanding.

Mejor sitio para quedarte en Pontevedra!!

Esta todo nuevo, muy cómodo, súper limpio y muy bien ubicado. Julio es muy amable y su madre ea top! Preparando desayunos estupendos para empezar el camino con energía y súper simpática ❤️❤️❤️. Todo de 10, para repetir

Germany 12 Points, Hostel geht über 10 Punkte hinaus.

Dieses Hostel ist die perfekte Unterkunft. Sehr sehr sauber, herzliche Freundlichkeit, zentrale Lage, jedweden Komfort auch im Mehrbettzimmer (4 Lademöglichkeiten am Bett mit Ausklapptisch), frisch gepresster Orangensaft zum Frühstück (im Preis drin), Frisch bezogenes Bett, 2 Handtücher, Waschmaschine und Trockner ohne Zusatzkosten, Ergo 12 Punkte statt 10.

Eine kleine Box für Trinkgeld (in der Küche) fehlte.

Perfect stop to recharge during the Camiño!

The host was amazing, received me with a lot of care and kindness. The hostel is super close to the Camiño, clean, new, was really comfortable and I was happy to stay there during this wonderful experience

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Das Hostel liegt direkt am Camino. Man kann gratis Wäsche waschen und es ist ein Frühstück im Preis enthalten. Julio ist ein netter Host und sehr hilfsbereit. Seine Mutter hat am Morgen frischen Orangensaft gemacht und Kuchen gebracht. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt als Pilger.

침실 식당 욕실 세탁실 등 모든 시설이 완벽했어요. 첨단 시스템에 조식도 훌륭하고, 침실별 개별 난방도 잘 되어서 더 푹 잘 잤어요. 호스트도 친절하고, 호스텔 앞의 방콕이라는 바도 같이 운영하는데 거기서 마신 모히토도 맛있었어요. 서비스로 준 갈리시안 화이트와인도 기분 좋게 마시고 하루 잘 마무리했답니다. ^^

Super super consigliato!

Pulizia davvero di alto livello! I servizi anche non sono da ostello…mega tv, lavatrice e asciugatrice, terrazza, bagno e doccia super grande. Cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Posizione ottima nel centro storico di Pontevedra. Julio ha un gioiello tra le mani e lo gestisce alla grande! Bravo 👏

Best hostel in the city Pontevedra ♡

Wonderful hostel in the very center of the city! Very responsive and hospitable host and his wonderful mother! Everything is very clean, comfortable beds, there is a washing machine and dryer, there is a beautiful terrace! Staying here for the second time on my way to Santiago de Compostela!
