It was a very nice short stay. Felt in love with the location and the view from the balcony.

The host is very accommodating and responsive. The location is near to a lot of shopping malls and food stores.

The bathroom tiles need a little bit more cleaning.

We stay there for 1 month..The unit is in one of tallest building in the area, and has a good Lobby, nice viewing on top, just only 5 mins walk for shopping mall, and dozens of restaurants as well, all in walking distance, for trips the area has plenty of vacant grab drivers to bring you safe, for a fair price and discussion free all over the town,Christian the owner very attentive and reachable when needed, me and my husband definitely comeback again nice condo with a good aircondition and very clean TV with Netflix that my husband really enjoy watching , wifi really fast I would love to stay here again for my next visit, nice place owner easy to deal with. recommendable to stay.

everything about sir Ian's unit is clean comfortable and definitely celebration worthy

i couldnt get the socket in the bathroom to work for the washing machine

What I like most, utensils are available and ready to use and free of charge, a very accommodating staff especially the unit owner, the cleanliness of the unit, and the balcony.

My family and I were comfortable during our stay, everything is good, my husband liked the place, We will definitely be back.

The place is very neat and a good place to stay longer. Very close to my workplace & walking distance to SM Megamall and MRT. The property owner is very friendly and resposive as well which made our stay very comfortable.

Overall, it was a comfy stay. The owner is very accommodating too!

It’s very cozy. You got almost everything you need at home. Best part is the city lights view.

The size of the TV is too big for the distance of it from the sofa. I think a little smaller would be suitable.

I Selectef the place because of its close proximity to my office but, the bonus is that because of the units availability of basic cooking facilities that we are stll able to cook and prepare healthy food. The availability of strong WIFi connection is a plus and my daughter enjoyed the netflix too. On top of that Mr Christian, the owner is a top host and making sure our stay was comfortable despite of his location overseas he is always available online to answer our queries.

Super clean, and ang ganda talaga. malamig din sya. perfect yung temp nya di gaano malamig sa room pero perfect lang for a good night sleep. mej masikip pero maganda padin.

No kettle. although pwede naman microwave hot water. and sira yung water dispenser although di mo din naman need if you will stay for ilang days lang :) :)

There's a microwave, and washing machine. The owner is hands-on and accomodating. The place is clean. Wifi is fast. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we are comfortable. Great place.

The water dispenser is broken. Quiet hot in the room because the aircon is outside the room.
