Located in a residential area, the villa is a family home which has a large garden surrounded by trees, including a magnificent gum tree and a very beautiful counter-current swimming pool.
A few minutes from the villa, you can rent kayaks to go to the neighboring islets, or go on a boat trip.
A large supermarket and several shops are about 4 km away. The town of Le Robert is quite central and enjoys a location very suitable for exploring the island from North to South.
Beautiful beaches are accessible to the North, in Trinité about ten kilometers away and on the Caravelle peninsula. The beaches of Vauclin and Sainte-Anne in the South are located 30 and 45 km away.
Accomodation:
Covering an area of approximately 130m², the villa has 2 levels:
On the ground floor you will find:
-1 large living room of 38m² with television
-1 independent toilet
-1 very well equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace and its pantry
-1 beautiful terrace of 40m² with a dining area, a lounge area and a hammock
-1 magnificent swimming pool with counter-current swimming, surrounded by a 70m² wooden deck with its 24m² gazebo equipped with a second outdoor lounge and a hammock
-1 outdoor shower
Upstairs, 3 beautiful naturally well-ventilated bedrooms, all opening onto an outdoor passageway and a small terrace:
-1 air-conditioned bedroom equipped with a double bed (140X200cm) with its private bathroom with wc
-1 air-conditioned bedroom with 3 single beds (90x190cm) including 2 bunk beds
-1 air-conditioned bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160X200cm)
-1 second bathroom with wc common to these 2 bedrooms
-1 main entrance to the villa with access to covered parking for 2 cars
Please note :
In case of late arrival after 8 p.m., the location and the code of a key box will be communicated to you, check-in and the inventory can be done the next morning; but if you prefer to be welcomed by the concierge, a fee of 65 euros will be charged (to be paid on site on arrival).
The swimming pool is protected by a security gate with two access doors which must always remain closed (waiver to be signed on arrival).
You must return the accommodation in good condition, clean, dishes washed and put away, garbage bins taken out, plancha-grill cleaned and put away; provide 2 deposit checks: “accommodation” of 1900 euros, and a “cleaning” deposit of 100 euros to be given on arrival.
In the event of payment of the deposit, tourist taxes and cleaning fee by any means other than by check, i.e. by bank card or in cash, a management fee of 1.8% will be applied.
