Fabulous 4 bedroom 3.5 bath, raised beach house in the award winning Ocean Lakes! This home features a spacious open floor plan of the main living areas, with beautiful crown molding and chair rail to give it a luxury finish. The first floor includes a bedroom and a half bath, while the remaining 3 bedrooms are upstairs. Each bedroom offers a ceiling fan, plenty of closet space, and easy access to a bathroom. The master on the 3rd floor also includes room for a seating area and access to your balcony. The two large porches are the perfect place to sit and watch the world drive by on their golf carts while your drink your morning coffee or enjoy your evening cocktails. You will have plenty of parking and storage space under the house with an attached storage room on the ground level. Located at the south end of Myrtle Beach, Ocean Lakes ranks in the top 1% of campgrounds in the United States, offering the best amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, waterpark, lazy river, basketball and volleyball courts, restaurant, ice cream shop, golf carts, and more! Whether you are a year round resident or looking for an investment opportunity, Ocean Lakes is one of the best places to be!

Our beautiful home is located in the 5000 Section
The home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths which include 3 queen beds and 1 King Master bed.
Our spacious deck with additional side porch (my favorite spot) will allow you to enjoy the sun or shade, while enjoying a constant breeze and sounds of the ocean.
Once returning from the beach, you will take pleasure in our outdoor shower with hot/cold water.
The home will sleep 8 comfortably.
Each bedroom is equipped with cable and smart TV’s along with Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances and beautiful soft close cabinets.
We do not allow pets or smoking.
You must be 25 years old to rent and be present the entire stay.
Linens and towels included.
Maximum 4 cars allowed.
Parking passes are in addition to the rent and are $15.00 per day per vehicle (to be paid to Ocean Lakes). $12 if purchases within 14 days of arrival
We require a 7 night minimum (Saturday to Saturday) from Memorial Day to August 14, 2023

• Also included are two playgrounds, volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, bicycling (bikes available for rent).
• Sandy Mart offers groceries, beach toys, gifts, souvenirs, fishing supplies, bait, etc.
