Average for the money. View was nice though.

The view over the river was nice. Sitting out on the balcony was nice. Extra large room.

The room was tired looking and was noisy. We could hear the neighbors talking and they had their tv on all night. Walks must be very thin. Bed didn’t feel clean and freshly made. Leftover amenities in bathroom (shower)from last visitors. Therefore not enough soap.

The elevator made so much noise it was hard to sleep. We heard every cube of ice that was dropped out of the ice maker. Doors didn’t close easily so people were slamming doors. We were planning on going to the casino but there weren’t any non smoking floors. WTH is up with that? Who smokes ?

Het plaatsje Vicksburg is aardig, het hotel niet.

Het was een ongezellige plek. Het aangrenzende casino trekt veel discutabel publiek in het weekend. Wij kregen een familiekamer. Dat is een drama, het is alsof je (in ons geval 'luidruchtige' buren pal naast je bed zitten. Dit soort kamers kunnen echt niet meer in deze tijd. We deden hierover beklag, maar hadden niet de indruk dat veel moeite gedaan werd dit op te lossen. Natuurlijk was het argument dat het hotel volgeboekt was en een kamerwijziging dus niet kon. Zeker gezien de prijsklasse, hebben wij de kritiekpunten zwaarder laten wegen in de 'score'.

It was convenient to the town attractions. The staff could have been more pleasant. No one cleaned our room. Good parking.

Front desk staff in the evening. Our room was next to an outside door that slammed all night.

Very nice stay with a gorgeous view of the river!

Beautiful views of the Mississippi from the room balcony. Surely the best views of any hotel in Vicksburg. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were renovated at some point recently, not the best job, but quite acceptable. Comfortable and clean, with lots of space. The casino was moderate sized, but the dealers at the tables were fun and friendly. Made playing 21 or poker much more fun because of their personalities.

Everything was very nice. Clean. And comfortable.

Would like more amenities in the room. But there was a microwave in the lobby. Coffee maker in the bathroom.

Staff was friendly

Omg! Smell of cigarette smoke when you walk into the hotel lobby. Rooms very much in need of a remodel...lobby was remodelled. No hangers in the closet. Cafe food was terrible. Smell of heavy cigarette smoke in the casino...needs a serious filtration system. I could keep going, but I think you get it.

Location… view of the River, casino next door… balcony and Jacuzzi … awesome staff (Patricia) and secure as you need a card to use the elevator … AND to top it off… Microwave in the lobby for use… !!

Overlooking the river and enjoying watching the traffic made it so relaxing and wonderful.

There was no breakfast. Loved the balcony and the view from it. Beds were comfortable.

The bathroom tub frame needed a proper repair

AC fan weak, took hours to cool down

Fridge was a good size

Air conditioner struggled. I had to bump it to the lowest setting and it still took hours to cool down because the fan was weak, even when it was on high.

The meeting I was in Vicksburg to attend was not far away on the same street.

Close to interstate since we were just traveling to further destination. Liked how it was connected to casino

It was a little noisy during night, kept hearing same noise all night. We assumed it was the elevator since we were the first room next to the elevator on the same side as elevators

Hateful service by Tyra, filthy noisey room

The location and bed

Tyra at the front desk talked to her guy friend and was rude to us. Every time we walked by during the evening she was still talking to him. She booked us in the room opposite the elevator which is extremely noisy ( she knew this And she did this despite the fact the hotel was far from full August 14 at 4:30) Also the bathroom was filthy! Tub was slimy and full of hair! Floor was also filthy. We didn’t complain because Tyra was so hateful.

I will not be staying here again

It was clean

If you went outback there was not a lot of seating only one umbrella no shade anywhere (it was 103 temperature heat index 110). They came out and told us they was locking the doors and we had to come inside at 8;30 instead of nine like the sign says. also they made people get out of pool. No seating outside anywhere on property. Casino only had two little restaurants. No microwave in room. (My stay was two nights) no one was friendly and had hard time getting drinks at machines. No seating in casino except at machines. (I brought my 73 year old mother with me.)

The location was great. Most of the staff was great.

No vent in the bathroom for shower steam. Only one mirror in the room and it's over the sink in the bathroom. Mattress need to be replaced.

Try to avoid at all costs.

Bed was comfortable.

Almost busted my butt trying to use the toilet in the registration area. Toilet literally came of it’s base when trying to clean myself after a #2. And the room toilet not much better. Tried to inform the front desk personnel but the were indifferent to my concerns. Casino was very smokey. Couldn’t stay there long at all.
