Ms. Cynthia at check-in was very nice and knowledgable. Check-in was easy. Room was large and clean. First floor room and was able to park my car next to my room. Easy access on and off the Interstate and close to gas stations, food and other stores. Room had microwave and mini fridge.
Room is older and needs a refresh. Scars on the wall from paint being peeled away. No "breakfast" - just granola bars and black coffee. There was other work going on just off the property and the noise started about 6 a.m. Phone and clocks were unplugged.

Motel style, so parking right in front of the room was very convenient. Very conveniently located off the interstate and near fast food places. Room was clean, quiet, everything comfortable. Ice machine close to my particular room. Staff was nice and accommodating and I was given a credit for not providing any breakfast (but you have to ask). So, in the end I was happy with this motel.
No breakfast whatsoever, not even coffee (small coffee machine is in the room) Complained to manager and was given a generous credit with no problems which was nice - so this was not really a big negative in the end (see "What did you like?)

Room was clean and had amenities as noted in booking. I was surprised/unhappy, however, that the room did not have a coffee maker. Nor was coffee available at the office. This small addition would make a big difference to frequent travelers like me!
Coffee available in the office.

The lady at the front desk when we checked in was friendly and helpful. She recommended Rusty's Riverview Cafe for seafood dinner(she was right, great place to eat!)
We were just going to be in Vicksburg for one night, so we liked the price. The room was large and we enjoyed a quiet nights sleep. Would consider staying there again.
The room appeared clean but the bathroom floor was sticky. The toilet was very loose.
The pillows and sheets are older and need to be replaced.
It appears a great many of the units are rented to local workers, but they all went to bed early and it was very quiet after 8PM. We felt safe here and slept well.

The Breakfast deal. Not inviting! Wished there would have been a Hot Breakfast available.

Staff was very kind and the location was perfect. Just what I needed for a short stay during my long road trip. Bathroom was nice and clean and stocked with all that I needed. The grounds are also lovely and clearly under a period of growth. Loved the gazebo out front!
Sadly, the breakfast was lackluster. They did still offer coffee and some granola bars, but I am guessing it is due to continued caution over COVID plus a smaller number of guests than usual during the time I stayed.

The front desk lady Mrs. Cynthia was very nice and accommodating.
The room was dirty. There was dirt and ashes behind the dresser, which I only found because my charger fell back there so I had to pull it away from the wall. There was only 1 set of towels not 2 as requested when I booked the room. The mirror was dirty, the funiture was dusty and the air filter was disgustingly brown and full of dirt and dust and God knows what else. I paid almost $80.00 for a room that was the worst I've ever seen in vicksburg ms. Even worse than the by the hour hotel...never experienced this before with this hotel so I'm very disappointed.
