We stayed here this summer for a family trip. We have 4 in our family and 2 dogs. This house felt very small for the 4 of us even though it is advertised as sleeps 8, I would definitely not recommend more than 4 people. We couldn't all fit comfortably on the couch, so someone always had to sit in a kitchen chair if we were just hanging out. The overall cleanliness of the house could be improved as we found lots of dead bugs in the light fixtures in the bedrooms and seemed dusty in many places. The sinks in the master bedroom didn't drain very well, so we always had standing water. The outside table was dented and we had wished the description would have described the back yard better as this its really more of a shared space with the neighbors. There is not any separation. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, but outside of that, there just needs to be some improvement in cleanliness and resolve the maintenance issues.

We enjoyed our family trip to Telluride and our stay at this Mountain Village townhouse. It provided enough space and the kitchen was fantastic for preparing family meals. The townhouse was an end unit with excellent views! Very quiet family friendly area. This was a family trip so it was nice to have two comparable bedrooms for the adults and the bunk room for the two little kids. Everything was clean and well stocked. We had several trails nearby to explore and a playground. We were a short gondola ride to downtown Telluride, which the kids loved! It does not have AC but it was fine with the windows open and the fans provided even in June. Would stay here again if we ever visit the Telluride area again!

We loved the location, just a short walk to the gondola. Beds were very comfortable. Unit was very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would recommend.

My family and friends had a wonderful stay at the condo. Easy communication before, during, and after. We loved the organization of the condo with open floor plan for the downstairs kitchen, dining, and living areas and the bedrooms upstairs for those who wanted extra rest prior to the next day of skiing. Well furnished and equipped. We parked our vehicle and never moved it for the week. Easy to Sun Express and Chondola and we ventured multiple times to Telluride from here. Quiet and clean location. Would stay here again.

My family and I spent Christmas at Northstar 13 and absolutely loved it! The amenities were great; very clean and cozy. Less than a five minute walk to chairlift and chondola. Master bedroom had an amazing view of the mountains in my teenage girls loved the bunkbeds. Kitchen was perfect size for a family of four. Can’t wait to come back!

We were very happy with the condo! The furnishing and bedding and linens were top notch. My daughter, 23, was very impressed with the decorating. She’s into that. We had a nice little patio outside with a great view. I would so recommend to anyone. Had a great trip.

Return trip to Telluride after great first visit in 2022. First time staying at this property but would highly recommend. Place is as advertised. Comfortably accommodates 8 adults. Bunk room has 4 beds that are comfortable for an adult to sleep in. This place is located in Mountain Village and ideal for easy ski lift access. This place is a short walk to lifts but doable. There is GREAT free dial a ride transportation that I would highly recommend. It services the entire Mountain Village area and is a convenient way to access lifts or free gondola (or chondola) to get around and into Telluride. Highly recommend this place for family or friend ski vacation.

What a beautiful place! The furnishings and vibe were super clean, comfortable and mountain modern. The view out of the back windows was just gorgeous! The kitchen was very well stocked and there were plenty of “extras” that made by place feel special.
The walk to the Chondola wasn’t too bad, but it was so cold and snowy (in the single digits) that we opted to use Dial-a-ride many times rather than walking up to the chondola (especially with ski gear). The service was awesome and we really enjoyed meeting all of the local drivers that had great tips and suggestions of where to go and eat. (It did take me a little while to realize that you didn’t enter the actual address for a pick up- you had to enter “13 Northstar”. After a day of skiing we did just ski straight down from the base all the way to the condo because the road was fully covered in snow!
The garage was another perk. We didn’t actually park in there but there was great seating for putting on/taking off ski gear and plenty of gear storage.
The master bedroom was super comfy and quiet!
We really loved the place!

Very nice condo updated and comfortable. The walk to the slopes is more like 300 yards not 300 feet. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much

Great property, super clean. Well equipped…the knifes were sharp. Bright furnishings and great layouts. Location was great, the free shuttles to the Village and to Telluride was a plus!

This house looks like it was recently renovated. The kitchen was really nice and the view out back was spectacular. The beds and linens were very comfortable. We used the Telluride Dial A Ride service to get up to Mountain Village. They were always quick and pleasant. I would stay here again.

Such a lovely property in a quiet neighborhood. Bedrooms were comfortable. Kitchen immaculate. We had a question about the TV and the property manager responded immediately. The bus was a short walk. Highly recommend this property.

Just like the Pictures or Better! WOW at those Views!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay here in July 2022. Everything in the townhouse is brand new. The condition of the condo matches the pictures, the views are incredible. We loved having so much outdoor space off the back patio for our little girl to run around in the meadow or play on the playground, just off the entrance of the complex.
The rental was so well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, new dishes, everything you could possibly think of needing. They included coffee, coffee filters, and other little things that some rentals do not. Really went above and beyond. We are so thankful to have spent 4 nights here. It was easy to get over to the gondola to get into town or drive down ourselves.
Only thing I can think of adding is maybe adding a few floor fans in the bedrooms for the days that reach the mid 70's outside. The upstairs bedrooms heated up quite a bit then and into the night, even with the screen windows, but I doubt that is an issue for 95% of the cool days up there. The screen windows helped a lot though.
Thank you for a great stay! Will definitely recommend it to many others looking in the area.
