Great location, we walked into town. Clean house. Lots of room. Easy communication.

Our July vacation in Telluride was exactly what we were looking for, an escape from thr Southern dog days of Summer. The property was comfortable, convenient and adequately stocked for the basic travel needs. We cooked twice dail and .

Loved the location and the convenience of this property, and it was perfectly clean and ready when we arrived. It needs a major upgrade, though. The queen bed squeaks so bad it wakes you when you turn, while the WiFi kind of reaches downstairs. Sometimes. A little bit of investment would make this place top notch.

Great location. Very well appointed home with all amenities. We had one issue with the garbage disposal, but the property management company took care of it immediately. They were very responsive. Overall a great stay. We would definitely come back.

We just spent two weeks in lovely Telluride at this home and had a great time. This property is in a great location but the house is definitely dated and could use some updates and overall modernization. It is also worth mentioning that the pictures on VRBO make this house seem a lot brighter on the inside then it is in reality.

The house was great. It was very clean. The bed was comfortable. We liked the location. When we first arrived, we had an issue with the toaster. The maintenance person was there within 30 minutes to bring a new one.
Our only minor complaint was that the back yard was junky looking. There was trash in the yard and bags of potting soil on porch. Not very appealing. The front was overgrown with weeds.

This place was perfect for a big group for Telluride Bluegrass Festival. Short walk to town and the Goose stop is right around the corner. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Telluride with a group. Only issue we had was there were no cleaning supplies available. So make sure to bring some clorox wipes!

Cozy, but roomy house appears as described, good location near Clarkes grocery store, trails, river, and downtown. Kitchen is updated with new appliances, is well equipped and has most of what you need. We made good use of the grill on the front porch. We had plenty of room for the four of us. Lots of selections for streaming services, dvds and books. Comfortable sofas in family room. Exterior needs a little love, especially the windows which have a lot of cobwebs. The interior furnishings are very dated and fixtures need a few repairs, such as the cold water knob in main floor bath tub, and wobbly kitchen table chairs. Stain on sheet in twin bedroom bed was unsightly. House was left with overflowing recycling bin on the back porch and a mostly full trash bin with two days to go until trash day. Text to the management went unresolved, they responded with “do you have trash bags?” Next door renovation construction was noisy early in the morning into the evening. Overall, the house had what we needed but it’s condition was worse then anticipated.

We were given the wrong code to get into the house and spent several hours in the freezing cold temperatures. It was horrible.

This was a charming and delightful house that suited our vacation perfectly. The fire place was a wonderful gathering place to rest, read, or watch a movie. And it’s right next to the grocery store! 1/2 mile from the Gondola made for a beautiful walk along the river! Clean, warm, safe and cozy.

Merci!

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy-feeling house with comfortable space for 7 people in three bedrooms. It was clean and well-kept. Very convenient to the Telluride Science center and Clark’s market. Parking two large vehicles in the back was challenging but possible. Kitchen was well-stocked, we cooked several meals. Minor suggestions: offer courtesy coffee and tea selection for first day. Refresh (or remove) the spice rack which is long expired.

Can’t beat the location!
Walking distance to lift 7 and the town (shops/restaurants/bars), we really enjoyed our stay! House is cozy and had everything we needed.

Amazing location & comfortable home - but a few suggestions
Our family had an excellent three night stay in this home. The proximity to Clark's, the town, and the mountain are really tough to beat. The home is well equipped with lots of sleeping options. We used the kitchen for one dinner and three breakfasts and it had everything we needed. We do have some very minor things to call out to help improve the stay for the next guests. The hotel-style hair dryers didn't work - not a big deal for me, but my wife likes to go to dinner with dry hair. So, you may want to update your amenities list as she probably would have brought hers if she knew they were broken. The internet was spotty - when we turned on the TV it caused my boys' computers and phones to slow down. Yep, you're right, we don't really need to have 6 connected devices at all times - so we were able to manage that one. Finally, a metal shovel would have been super helpful. The back parking spaces and patio were like an ice rink and it made it really hard to unload/load the car. We would have gladly chipped away at the ice ourselves to make it easier to use the back door. Despite these three minor suggestions we'll definitely look for this place again the next time we plan a trip to Telluride.

Great location for skiing and close to town
Really nice spot at the quite end of town. 4 minute walk to lift 7 and a 7 minute walk to main street. Location is ideal with parking right in front.
Our group loved having apres on the deck in the setting sun after a long day of skiing.
Place is nice, but a little dated in certain rooms - Vacasa team was great to support with small issues we had (small drip leak in ceiling).

Nice place, but pricy
Besides an issue with the main bedroom being less than 60 degrees, everything was good. The cold room was fixable with a space heater. Location is great, one thing that would make it better is a hot tub for this price.

Telluride village home
It is very clean and convenient location. We could walk to lift 7 & near the bus stop to go Gondola drive. 15 minutes walk to Main Street with all nice restaurant & shopping. The house is exactly in the pictures, 2 bedrooms had own bathrooms. Kitchen had enough equipment for cooking family dinner. We are absolutely will book again for next trip. Thank you to let us stay at your house.

Property well located but lacked some amenities. Kitchen needed better equipment. Most was old and difficult to work with.

Amazing location and cute house
This was a great, pet friendly house. The location and access to town, river and store was incredible. It was a quiet and nice place. The cleaning could have been better- lots of pet hair on rugs, etc but overall an excellent place

Great stay
Overall we had a good stay, would come back to this property. Great location on West side of town right by the river - jumped on the river trail every single day.
Property itself is basic, nothing fancy, got the job done.

Perfect Comfort
This home was perfect for 3 couples. We each had a bathroom and plenty of room. Great access to parking and easy to keep things handy and ready to go to the festival or pack out to the car. Close to the market! Definitely would stay here again.

Great for a family gang; short walk to lift!
We really enjoyed the house. It had lots of beds for our family gang, and a cozy living room. The Coonskin lift is just a short walk away, and the grocery store is super close. The main art of town is a modest walk away, plus the free Galloping Goose shuttle brings you through town.

Wonderful, airy home with a great porch
We loved the communication between Latitude and our family. We loved the location of our condo and our yellow lab enjoyed the river walk every morning. So close to everything. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was updated beautifully.

Best accommodations like home
The house we stayed in the Bachman Village was one of the best we have experienced in Telluride. The floor plan suited our family perfectly. It was spacious, yet very cozy. Location at the end of town near the river was very convenient for walks. We will try to book this place again when we come.
