The fireplace and firepit , so homely and welcoming and the smooth jazz playing on arrival was a nice touch.

The only negative we have which is minor is there was no salt in the shaker

Very homely and beautifully prepared for our visit of 2 nights. It was lovely and warm with heaters on and had everything that e needed for our stay.

The house was very clean and uncluttered. We loved the super white sheets and towels and TV show options on Netflix Location was perfect for wine cellar visits.

Adorable in every way ✅️❤️

The cottage exceeded our expectations. So clean and comfortable. The property had everything we needed and so spacious and felt homely. The location was close to enough to shops and all other amenities (just minutes away by car). Nice quiet location. There was private parking on site at the back of the property. Didn't get to use the firepit but nice to know we could have that opportunity if we wanted. Warm fireplace inside the cottage too for those cold winter nights. Oh and did I mention the espresso machine in their fabulous kitchen??? Perfect for starting your day right with a proper coffee after waking up. Would definitely stay again!

A nice place for family and friends.

Very clean and bright with nice decor. Having a good coffee machine was a plus. The property is very well maintained and presented. Airconditioning and fans made it comfortable in the hot weather. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Modern bathrooms and kitchen.

Storage for clothes and luggage is very limited in the bedrooms. Only bag stands in the 2 front rooms and the wardrobe in the main used for mainly linens and towels etc , some hanging but only 2 hangers. The kitchen was modern but has no pantry for any food and supplies. For a long stay we live to cook some meals. The counter tops were needed to keep supplies. A non slip mat in the bathtub is needed as it's slippery when showering.

The cottage was beautifully renovated

It wasn't as "central" as the name suggests, or we would have liked. We couldn't walk out to dinner or into town and had to rely on Ubers and taxi's both of which were hard to get.

A truly fabulous property we have no hesitation in recommending.

The property was meticulously clean and provided us with all we needed for a two night stay. The location is very good being walkable from the CBD and hence most of the restaurants, hotels etc. The gas fire was most welcome for the winter nights and there is additional heating throughout the property. Also, the bed was very comfortable as was the lounge.

Being particularly critical but to perhaps help future guests …. the gas ‘lighter’ used to ignite the pilot light was difficult to use and the instructions for lighting the fire could be improved.
