The property was accurately described, the owner communicated promptly, and was great with suggestions. The only downside to the accommodation was the shower was very small. We had a lovely time there

Was in town to install some decorative crosswalks in downtown Eugene. Since it was primarily night work, I needed a quiet place close to downtown to sleep during the day. Not the normal VRBO stay, but it was clean and quiet and I slept well when I had the chance. It worked out exactly as hoped!!

Host messaged me on the app asking what time I would arrive so she could be available in the event of any "issues" which was midnight due to a long, cross-country flight. I asked her to leave the outside light on as well. I arrived and the keypad wasn't working. I messaged the host several times on the app - which is what VRBO recommends- all communication goes through the app. No response. The outside light wasn't on either. The property is on a dark alley so after waiting for a response for 20 minutes I had to find a hotel room. In the morning, she received my messages and berated me for not calling her. Also chalked up her faulty keypad as "technology" mishaps, but the reviews note several times a guest could not access the property due to the keypad. Offered to pay my hotel room. I asked her to pay my hotel room AND refund the one night for the rental. Host refused, so I demanded a full refund. I have used VRBO many times and she is the first host to behave in such a manner that is entitled and unprofessional.

Loved every minute of our stay at the Lucky Duck Bungalow. It had everything we could have needed. Was there for Mother's Day weekend events at UofO and had a blast. Close to things but beautiful quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

Very comfortable and functional space. My bed mattress was super comfortable. I highly recommend this place. Nice manager too !

The house was wonderful. We enjoyed it so much! It was a little hard to find as we arrived after dark but once we knew where it was it was very easy to get to. I had a couple of tiny issues and the owner was fabulous. Always got back to me within 5 minutes if not sooner. I would definitely recommend this place especially to people in town to visit the college or go to a game.

Ashlie's place was absolutely fantastic. I stayed there for 5 nights, working remotely during the day. Her house is super clean, excellent location, very quiet, had great wi-fi and the kitchen was stocked with everything I needed for cooking. I had an issue with the keypad not accepting my code but Ashlie helped me work around that. Awesome place and would definitely stay there again!

We've stayed here before and we like it for our short weekends in Eugene to visit the kid at UofO.

The location is in an alley, but it was a quiet neighborhood during my stay. I was a little perplexed by the wall situation (a lot of holes and places falling off in the bathroom). It just feels like it needs a refresh and some TLC. I couldn’t get in upon arriving but the owner fixed that right away. All in all it met my needs for a few nights.

Ideal location for a visit, comfortable and walking distance to numerous restaurants, pubs, etc. Lovely place!!!

Perfect place to stay in a nice neighborhood, clean and comfortable. Peaceful. Close to great shopping. Wonderful little hide-a-way.

Great location as we have family in Pleasant Hill & Harrisburg! Also love downtown Eugene & wanted to show teens the UofO!
Very clean, we’d definitely bring our pup next time. If you have little ones the park is right there! Safeway or Provisions Market close by.
Had all the basics you need: Kitchen, coffee to get you started, cooked breakfast each morning…Enough plates for 4…maybe 6.
Bath: again little extras like shampoo, cream rinse-not listed as providing but was nice to see
Shower is a bit tight for husband but he’s a big guy! Otherwise pictures are what you get feels really open great for us & two teens. Beds very comfy..and couch comfy too-didn’t do fold out but fell asleep on it!
Be sure to have your passwords etc if you want to sign into say your Netflix etc…we actually just used what previous people still had signed in & was fine. Roku was great too.
Cute places to walk to for a cool beverage…jazz place Mac? Had private event so missed going, but driving by on other nights looked fun!
Thanks for a great clean space! Oh & washer & dryer, soap, dryer sheets there, mop, etc for what you might need. Even had dry food for your fur baby!! Will keep on list when we visit again!!

We loved how close this rental was to good restaurants, coffee, parks, and the farmer’s market/downtown area. The perfect place to get a feel for Eugene.

Centrally located in a quiet and seemingly safe neighborhood. Playground one house over which the little one loved! House was cute and loved that there was a washer dryer. The only complaint we could possibly have is the shower is so teeny teeny tiny. If the shower was larger we would stay again in a heartbeat!

We needed a place to stay for a couple of nights while in town that would let us have our dog and give her a place to stretch. This was perfect. Also very clean and had great accommodations

Nice size and perfect accommodation for my family to pay a weekend visit to our daughter at UO. Easy walk to campus! Ashlie was very accommodating and available if needed.

Our family of five enjoyed staying at this property. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and cozy. Being a light sleeper and having stayed at different rentals, I am super grateful for the new and comfy bedding and mattresses.
The host was very quick to respond and was checking with us to see if everything is to our liking.
We'd love to come back!
