Hololani B704 is a corner 2 bedroom unit located on the 7th floor without air conditioning. The resort has an elevator for easy access to this unit. This spacious condo has been recently remodeled. Enjoy eating in with a dining table for four and additional bar seating. The living room offers ocean views, a pull out sleeper sofa, and a flat screen TV.

The front bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and wonderful ocean views from the oceanfront lanai as well as an en-suite bathroom that includes a shower/tub combo. The master bedroom has a king size bed with exceptional views of the beautiful Pacific ocean. This bedroom also has it's own en-suite bathroom equipped with a spacious walk-in shower with built-in seat. The condo includes a washer and dryer, ceiling fans in every room, WiFi, DVD player, and cable.

Hololani is an ocean front resort located in Kahana, an area close to Lahaina, Kaanapali and Kapalua. Resort amenities include a heated, ocean front pool and BBQ area. This resort is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. There are many beaches within walking distance or just a short drive away you can find some of Maui's top 10 beaches!

There are no resort or parking fees.

Please note that direct beach access is currently limited due to hide tide conditions and winter/spring erosion. During the winter months North swells create a wash away effect on the sandy beaches. The summer months bring South swells which help bring the sand back to the beaches. The resort has placed sandbags along the shoreline to protect the beach from further erosion. There is beach access at some of the neighboring resorts (Sands of Kahana) as well as Pohaku Beach which is .3 miles from the resort.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
