Bel hôtel avec bon emplacement mais quelques notes négatives.

Nice but stay in a room with its door facing inside the hotel closed corridor not the terrace if you are visiting this h

Central location in the middle of many metro lines so easy roaches to manhattan in seconds.

I stayed at this hotel through the Thanksgiving day and the weather was very cold My stay was another example of “booking.com” customer allocation by the hotel. My room door was facing directly open space and this was causing strong whistles as the wind blows. First night I realised that the door was not Being closed completely period I was completely restless and recommend at times during the midnight, because of the whistle sound is caused by the storm and the shaking of the door, which was loose. Next day I told us to reception and they told to send a repair man for the door. And the door was almost repaired when I came back to my room period. But I am sure if I have called this hotel directly or use there native reservation application they would not offer this room to me. They just provided this handicapped room with a lower price over booking com. So I realised this. But overall my stay was nice after the first night.

静かな環境でいながら、地下鉄の駅から近く、都心に一本で行ける点とても使いやすかった。室内も必要なものは基本整えられており清潔です。屋上にあがると、マンハッタンのビル群が一望でき、昼にも夜にも大都市の魅力を堪能できました。レストランなどが近くに少ないことに気をつければ、快適な滞在ができます。室内履きの用意が無いようですので、準備をしていった方がいいでしょう。

スリッパのような室内履きの用意が無いことが分かっていれば、事前に用意できました。ホテル周辺の地図が用意されていれば、もう少し近辺をあるき、楽しめたと思います。飲食店や地下鉄駅のいくつもある出口についての情報などが欲しいところでした。GoogleMapだけでは魅力を掴むためには充分ではありません。

The perfect location overlooking Manhattan

A few minutes walk from 3 different subway lines, this is an amazing place to stay. Staff are great, rooms exceptional and, the views are breathtaking

there is no restaurant here but, it's surrounded by lots of places to eat. It might bother some but its not an issue at all

Parfait

Excellent emplacement, Proche des stations de métro. Une vue incroyable, surtout la nuit sur la ville et les building depuis les rooftop. La chambre est parfaitement équipée frigo, micro onde, bouilloire. Et Pour finir un personnel très accueillant et souriant merci à toute l’équipe pour leurs accueille.

Le Seul point négatif est pour les long séjours d’une semaine comme moi c’est dommage que la femme de ménage ne passe pas du séjours.

Hotel moderno e vizinhança calma, excelente estadia

Hotel moderno e instalações novas, da pra notar que foi recentemente reformado ou construído. Como toda construção americana, as paredes são finas e o isolamento acustico não é dos melhores, mas nada que atrapalhe. A localização é excelente, uma pequena caminhada e ja é possivel encontrar mercados, restaurantes e estações do metro, ir até Manhattan é simples e tranquilo. O bairro e basicamente residencial e com algumas industrias, portanto é bastante calmo a noite.

Nada a reclamar da hospedagem, estava dentro das minhas expectativas. Por ser bastante calmo e silecioso a noite, ha um certo receio em caminhar a noite, mas me senti seguro quando precisei.

Stylish hotel nicely located.

The location is superb. Close to the metro. Easy to get to times square. The interior is stylish and nice.

No breakfast available. Also our hairdryer was broken and as there is no receptionist it was impossible to get a new one in the evening. Had to go to bed with wet hair.

Clean and good location, but lacking essential comforts

The hotel was clean and staff (receptionist) was friendly. location is good but we knew this before checking in.

It felt very barren/minimally equipped. What I noticed compared to other hotels is that while there was a coffee machine in the room there was no napkins, sugar, milk or even mugs. The essentials cabinet in the ground floor did have paper cups but again a paper cup is not a ‘mug’ for drinking hot liquids. Personally its not nice to drink water from a paper cup either. The room had no armchair or settee to sit on.. lol just 1 desk chair, which is very uncomfortable for a family of 4. The wooden sloor added to the ‘barren’ feel of the room. The bathroom had no space to put down wash bags- ended up balancing them on the toilet. Two towels’s sets were provided while we clearly stated it was a family of 4.

Good location, friendly staff but lack of building maintenance.

The location was pretty convenient to reach central park quickly. It was just 3 train stops from it.

Lack of maintenance. The sink of my shower, hot water, and thermostat were not working properly at my arrival (on saturday). After making the claim, the staff solved the issue (on monday).

We had a great stay!

The hotel is only one stop with the subway from Manhattan. A couple of minutes walk to the Queensborough Station from the hotel. Clean room and a great roof top terrace where we had breakfast every morning with Manhattan skyline as a view. A small store around the corner with great breakfast sandwiches.

We really had a great stay and if something negative it would be that there where limited space in the room for our clothes as we are a family of four persons.

Sonder is an excellent hotel in a great location very clean comfortable and well. Worth every penny. Very modern some beautiful balcony view.

My only down side was hanging space no where to hang coats or clothes properly our was a room catering for disabled and was some clothes hanging room but clothes wouldn't fit in there.
