Overall, we were happy with the room and our stay at Boro hotel and would stay there again.

The view was spectacular. The room is clean. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge. The room did not have an iron and ironing board; however, upon request it was provided (the iron leaked water and may need to be replaced). Each room should have a working iron and iron board. Really nice stay but missing some key elements.

The bed.

The Manhattan view from the room I upgraded to had a building blocking the Manhattan view. The bathroom didn't have a fan which was really unfortunate. There was no fridge, which I thought was a normal thing to have in a room. We requested a bath instead of a shower but got the shower.

Cool, clean industrial designed Hotel with warm staff and central Queens hub at an affordable price!

The view was amazing and the size of the room was exceptional for New York, especially for the price. Very comfy bed and nice shower. Great food and delicious fresh pizza, very reasonably priced KUDOS for not gouging guests.!

the toilets are terrible, this is the only thing I don't like about this hotel.. the only!!! They don't flush well with 1 or 2 of the water flow buttons. I think it's just the design of the toilets themselves. they hold on to everything to put it bluntly. You have to walk into the shower to turn on the water and set the temperature. Unfortunately, a common mistake in hotels. No Bangles available downstairs.. New York? What????? LOL

The bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Location is good, close to subway station

There were no light switch near the bed, you need to stand up to turn light off. A lot of noise coming from the street and the hallway

Average. Not worth 242$ a room

The 2nd lobby person , that guy was great energy and the bathrooms were very clean. The area was quiet in the morning / AM.

I asked for room with balcony for my birthday and didn’t get it although she made it seem as if she did it. And then the houses behind have a clear view into the bedrooms. Hardly privacy

my husband and I needed a night out, not far from the house, and it was perfect! next time I I do want the bathtub that

loved the windows just wished we were on a higher floor to have a better view of the city

Nice hotel and pleasant inviting staff.

We have stayed at the Boro Hotel the last time we had an event in LIC. We were pleased for the most part. The Brussel Sprouts are great.

The shower water wasn’t containable. We had to put extra towels on the floor.

Disappointed

The in-house restaurant is delicious.

I've stayed here many times, but their rates have increased so much, I will not be able to return. When I mentioned to the front desk staff that I had to cut my trip short because their rates had increased by 29% per night, year-over-year, they had no response and did not even acknowledge my past loyalty. Additionally, my room was half the size, yet at the higher rate. Also, when my room was serviced, housekeeping took my soiled towels, but didn't leave replacements. Thus, I had to schlep down to the front desk to fetch my own. All-in-all, this stay was disappointing compared to past ones. I feel like my loyalty to them is no longer valued. I'd prefer to support this family-owned operation rather than a chain, but I can no longer afford it.
