Dining Area: Seats 8 comfortably, expandable to 10.
Sun Room: A plant-filled, serene jungle oasis.
Bedroom: Large bedroom with Queen bed and adjacent bathroom.
Laundry Room: Separate and fully equipped.
GARDEN LEVEL:
Bedroom: Queen bed with above-grade windows.
Full Bathroom: With some design touches!
Kitchenette/Wet Bar: Convenient for snacks and drinks.
Entertainment Room: Large media room with integrated digital cinema projector and Apple TV with SONOS HI-FI audio projecting a bright and clear huge 12' x 6' image.
Flexible Accommodations: Generous bedroom sizes can accommodate varied sleeping arrangements. An additional blow-up mattress and linens are provided for extra guests.
Respectful Hosting: Please note, Boulder city regulations allow a maximum of 4 unrelated guests. Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood; thus, we do not accept bookings for parties or events. Please reach out if you have a specific situation in mind and we are happy to find a way to accommodate if possible.
Guest Access:
You will have full access to the home and yard, with two off-street parking spaces. The garage will not be accessible.
