Great hotel, fantastic facilities, room and staff. The shuttle service isn’t fit for the number or frequency of people

Modern rooms, clean, lots of space. Staff are friendly, it’s got lovely garden and pool . Restaurants have lots of options and it’s well priced

The shuttle service is not frequent enough into the city and there is not enough space in the shuttles for the number of people at the hotel, I was charged €5 pp each way which I didn’t expect as I thought it was a complimentary service. Apart from that, no complaints, highly recommended

Schönes Hotel recht weit von der Innenstadt

Toller Spabereich, ruhig, Zimmer komfortabel ausgestattet, viele TV Sender

Doch recht weit zur Innenstadt, keine U-Bahn in der Nähe, im Doppelbett eine große gemeinsame Decke ist eher ungemütlich , Personal könnte in Summe freundlicher sein

O hotel é lindo, tem um ótimo espaço de convivência, a área externa tem uma vista maravilhosa. O café da manhã é esplêndido. Passei um final de semana incrível nesse lugar.

Excellent hotel, great pool but far away from the city

A real jam just off Rome centre! Due to the severe hot weather, we could combine our vacation to both city tours (morning and late afternoon) and poolside in midday. Excellent value for money

It is a bit far away from any tourist attraction and you need to use taxi with every time you leave/return

Five day stay at nice hotel in awkward location.

pool area is lovely and rooms are bright and clean.

Distance from city and difficulty and cost of utilising the shuttle minibus. Also thought the hotel shuttle could easily stop at 2-3 locations rather than just one.

Superb

We enjoyed our stay . Very helpful staff especially the porter when we were trying to weigh our luggage. Very accomodating too since we. left our luggage for few days then just return a day before our flight back home

A very enjoyable stay in a modern hotel.

It is a very modern and clean hotel. We received a very warm welcome from the staff. The breakfast was fantastic. We used the shuttle bus to get into the city centre. Complimentary mini bar was great.

Our room looked over the front of the hotel and it was quite noisy especially early in the morning with cars driving over the cobbles. Complimentary use of the indoor pool would have been welcomed.

Lots to like. Few niggles

Good facilities, comfy beds, clean, gorgeous spa

Length of time it took to be seen/helped at reception, allow at least 15/20 mins even if just one person in front of you. Getting into town was easy enough about 25 mins on bus, but getting back was very difficult, we gave up trying to find the right bus stop to get back to the hotel so ended up spending out on taxis to get back every day

Overall a great visit

The service was superb. The dinner and breakfast buffet was extensive and tasty.

The room was hot in the evening and we were told to open a window, which would not have been to bad except there are no screens on the windows.
