Watch out! There are bedbugs in the apartment! It was the most terrible experience of booking accommodation in my life!

The owners were loyal to do early check in

Badbugs everywhere, furniture in the kitchen, and at all fotos is more prettier than reality.

Gute Lage, ideal mit Freunden

3 Zimmer, davon 2 mit integriertem Bad. Grosser Tisch mit Platz für alle. Bequeme Betten. Fahrstuhl. Vermieterin erreichbar.

In einem Zimmer kam ständig nur kaltes Wasser. Zimmersafe war geschlossen und nicht zu öffnen (Gebrauchsanweisung wäre nicht schlecht). Erstes Treffen kam nicht zustande. Nach mehreren Reklamationen wegen der kalten Dusche kam die Vermieterin am dritten Tag und auch ein Handwerker, der allerdings die Spüle völlig schmutzig zurück ließ.

It was ok. Fix up the key collection and hot water issue.

Nice beds and kitchen area.

The key collection information was not sent prior to arrival leading me to expect someone to meet me. I had to call the owner and chase the information. The unit had three bathrooms but the hot water was only working in one of them. The owner was informed but not really interested. We devised a work around but never got hot water to the main bathroom. You expect better when paying over 300 euros a night.

We enjoyed our stay. The hosts were responsive when we had issues with the air conditioner.

Very nice and comfortable place to stay.

Very clean and nice set up. Close to the Colosseum and restaurants with about a 15 minute walk. The owner was very responsive, accommodating and helpful.

We were a family of 4 so could have used more towels and toilet paper. We weren’t out and got our own.

Close to Colloseum

The apartment was very spacious and clean. It easily fit our family of 6. It was equipped with real air conditioning if you are staying during the hottest months. It was also within walking distance to the Colosseum.

Although it's very close to the Colloseum, it was far away from the other main attractions. Finding a taxi was difficult when we wanted to return.

Location was great to walk to all the relevant sights, rooms are nice. 3 bathrooms für 3 bedrooms is great.

House is a bit noisy, but that can't be helped. Kitchen equipment is minimalistic and should be renewed.

Superb

Huge apartment, spacious rooms, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, spotlessly clean, big dining table to accommodate a family of 5, good location, very near the Colosseum, plenty of free parking around (white lines on the curb means free parking).

Keys were a bit difficult to figure out as you had to unlock a box outside of the apartment, wasn't too clear where to find the right box, which of the boxes outside of the house was the right one, plus it didn't open easily. Once we figured out how that bit, everything was great.

Pleasant stay and plenty of good restaurants in the area

Excellent location, helpful and hospitable owners. The flat is spacious, it worked very well for a group of 7 people.

Cozy apartment away from center

The location was good with a resturant and bus stop just downstairs. There was also a supermarket nearby. The coliseum was a 20 minute walk away.

Some problems with the Air conditioning and power but the host responded quickly.

Located on the bus line. Not far from the Coliseum.

Could use a little updating. When one restroom used the smell would come through the other restrooms. The family upstairs has small children who run a lot and wake early. Needs blackout curtains for when you want to sleep in.

Excellent house

I was here for a month with a friend . Very beautiful apartment, clean, comfortable. Great location, easy to reach everywhere in Rome. The host was great too, she was kind and helped us when we wanted. I will definitely recommend this place . The house has 3 bedrooms with 3bathroom. The apartment is in a nice structure with doormen .

Rome must be seen

Clean and spacious apartment. 3 good sized bedrooms, with bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Good AC. Good location, the bus stop just in front of the building. Close to the Colosseum, the Baths of Caracalla, the Basilica of St. John Lateran.

The kitchen equipment is incomplete, eg 2 teaspoons for 5 or more people ... these should be replaced.

Perfect for touring the city.

Great wifi, easy check in, easy to communicate and accommodating hosts, 3 bathrooms and showers! , ac, pretty apartment, possible to find free parking in the area, close to the center and to shopping area. Comfortable beds. Safe area, three locks to get in. טוב לשומרי שבת.

Small fridge, no freezer, no oven, half broken table. A bit of noise from neighbors in one room, no curtains to block the sun in mornings, funny noise from ac.
