Very nice. Bedding was excellent.
Mediterranean restaurant was excellent.

Always great service, location is unmatched, and the people of the Warwick are simply the best.

Not great, not sure why this room is even being used. Stains all over the ceiling, no shower curtain, shower leaks.

I was extremely disappointed by the condition of the hotel. It’s run down and clearly needs a facelift. It felt dirty and we got a dark room with the AC condenser unit making noise all night outside our windows.
Asked staff 3 times for a rollaway bed before we finally got one at 11 pm!

This is our favorite center city hotel. Location, ambiance, amenities, parking goes without a hitch. Did not disappoint.

Great location. The hotel rooms however need upgrading. Very dated. The housekeeping and doormen were lovely but the front desk wasn’t very helpful. We booked a room to fit 3 people, but when we arrived late at night, our sofa bed wasn’t prepared. We needed to wait for sheets and had to make it up ourselves.

Note everything we found amiss was corrected at checkout, but the property/rooms are VERY tired. Woodwork in the room is worn, nicked, missing varnish. The desk chair was torn.
Valet gave us incorrect number to call for car.
Broken in room: coffee maker.
Broken in room: bedside electrical outlets.
Missing: hand towels, bath mats.
I love the convenience of Hotels.com, but had I gone direct with hotel, I could have chosen the same price room with parking included in price ($59).
We could have stayed at Sofitel at same price, and better value/maintained property.

Property was tired. Needs renovation
Arrived in room and beds were not made. Had to move to another room
Electrical sub par for this price hotel. Outlets on desk did not work.

I was given a different room than I had booked, despite requests made related to a disabled guest (my mother.) Majority of people working front desk area were unsmiling, unfriendly, and seemingly unconcerned. I had an issue with a strange man sitting on the floor in our hallway, getting up to follow me towards my room, and then standing right in front of my door after I went inside. Called front desk who said they’d send up security. 15 mins later, still shaking, I called back to follow up and they told me “security didn’t see anyone up there.” Oh well, I feel better and totally safe now.
The price we paid for this place was absurd considering the service received. Rooms were fine, clean enough, but also not worth the $$$. Housekeeping + maintenance staff were lovely —truly the only redeeming quality.
No one in my family will back to the Warwick.

A little shabby. I thought an alarm was going off when the A/C started up. Bathroom was pretty run down - tub and fixtures were cracked/worn. Tile moldy in places.
Good space in the room - large for a city hotel room.

I've stayed here many times of the years and in the past two years the experience has been below average. The rooms and facilities are showing their age. Staff is also no longer responsive, helpful, or friendly.

Rooms are in serious need of upgrades.

Needs an up date and refurbishing badly. Return lobby to more traditional look. Blue lights have got to go. Upgrade for computers usb ports and more

The public areas of the hotel are beautiful! However the sleeping room is not great. The bathroom is tiny, only 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel. No wash cloth. Toilet paper was hard to find. Make up mirror was hanging off the wall by a thread. Odd living area behind the TV. It was odd.

The young lady at the front desk, Keirra (?), was amazing. What a joy to arrive and be greeted with such warm hospitality!!!

This was definitely NOT a 4 star hotel in my experience! The rooms look like they haven’t been updated since the 90’s. The bathroom was so small you could barely fit one person and had to maneuver around the toilet to get the door shut. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls and no fan/ vent in the bathroom. We had 3 tini tiny bottles ( 1 conditioner, 1 shampoo and 1 lotion). We used the shampoo as body wash and it was replaced next day with another conditioner! Complete garbage! The walls were SO thin we could hear the couple next room over having sex like they were in the bed next to us! This would have been an awkward convo if we had our kids with us. The ony nice part of the hotel was the lobby. That’s apparently where they spent ALL of their Reno money!

Carpet was old and properly cleaned.
Bathroom did not had any soap when we arrived.

Staff service was great. Self parking in same hotel building very convenient. AC unit very noisy. It sounded like a MAC truck when in high or medium. Tolerable only in LOW.

Always a favorite. Reception had a rough day with computer down. Did the best they could. Very helpful. Maintenance engineer also tried, but couldnt fix HVAC. Quickly found an upgraded room. Cafe a disappointment. Would still recommend a stay highly. Morroccan restaurant next door excellent. Whole area perfect for everything.

TERRIBLE and outdated. We were given a small room, expecting an upgrade. The AC unit was making horrible sounds, woke up to a bang in the middle of the night, dog barking in another room, and water leaking all over. No hot water in shower and hair dryer was broken. At checkout when trying to tell the front desk agent, she did not make eye contact and said, we’ll let maintenance know. We were charged $428 for that place. Giving it a 1 star rating because the valet staff were super attentive.

Housekeeping was a disaster. For the first two days towels, coffee filter, shower supplies were left out. On our last day housekeeping never showed up. Fortunately the front desk arranged for fresh towels, coffee, water bottles and filter to be sent to the room.

The tub didn’t drain, so by the time you finished your shower, the water would be at your shins. The air conditioning did not work. No one was at the front desk upon our early morning check-out. I found one employee and when I asked if there were any bell carts available, he said “not really.” He followed that up by saying employees are busy working right now. But there was no one at the front desk. This was about 4:30am. Terrible customer service in that instance. I chose to stay here because of the location in rittenhouse square but I will never stay here again. Terrible experience.

The area is great. The hotel’s common areas are nice, and there are good restaurants in the hotel, including a great breakfast place (Bluestone Lane).
The rooms are another story. We had to ask to change rooms, as our first room (733) smelled musty, the a/c was extremely loud with rattling noises, and the bathroom sink drained very slowly.
The staff is friendly and helpful. We were given a different room which was better, and with a newer a/c unit. So the stay will vary depending on the room you get.
3.0 / 5.0
While the photos of the two queen rooms showed some furniture, the only seating options were a desk chair and a leather lounge chair in the room. The staff was dismissive to questioning additional charges were placed on the “incidental” credit card after checkout and basically insisted on a wait and see if the charges disappear in a few days. Who has time for that?
3.0 / 5.0
Nice and convenient area. Staff is friendly and helpful. But the Rooms need to be updated, air conditioners are old and very noisy, and the rooms, even though are clean, have a particular musty smell

Abysmal customer service and quality of rooms. I had a two night stay in August. Air conditioning did not work night one, and it was hot. I called down in the morning and reported it; reception said they'd send someone, and I left to go about my day. When I returned late evening, the air conditioning was still not working and there was no indication anyone had entered room to fix it. Strike one. I called reception again, who apparently had no record of my having reported it earlier, and again said they'd send someone--the same thing I was told twelve hours earlier. A technician came in 30 min later, fiddled with the AC, said it was fixed and left. But it wasn't fixed. So no air conditioning throughout the entire stay, in mid-August. Strike two.
When checking out, I reported this and asked the hotel to make it right, since I paid for an air-conditioned room, not a sweaty sauna. The receptionist said the manager was out that day, but she took my phone and email address and said the manager would contact me. I was never contacted. Strike three.

My room had an unsanitary smell. I tried to find ice on my floor and the ice maker was out of order. I went one floor up and it was also out of order. I went to the front desk and was told I needed to go to the 4th floor. My view was awful and when I went to close the blinds, there were filthy.

Front desk people are rude
Tried to get more soap to shower and no one brought it up
Rooms are halfway renovated and half the things are old and dont work including the thermostat/AC
Valet is $59 per day and a random $17 fee is charged daily
Not worth it
4.0 / 5.0
The best part about this hotel is the location. Unfortunately I do not recommend staying here. I thought this hotel would be charming and historic, but it was just old. The room smelled musty, the wallpaper was peeling, the bathroom sink didn’t drain, the linens were cheap and scratchy, and the coffee maker didn’t work. The service was slow and they were unresponsive to issues with the coffee maker. On top of all that, they charge an additional destination fee — I have no idea for what, as there are no amenities. I’m not staying here again.
