Stayed for one night with my son. Hotel was very clean and the rooms were nice. Not the prettiest street / alley but an overall great location.
However, if you have an “oversized” vehicle don’t expect to park with the hotel valet or the garage across the street. The hotel garage literally has room for one oversized vehicle. On a cold night with a late l check in ended up parking a few blocks away which isn’t a huge deal but would have been nice to know ahead of time. Mentioned this to the front desk and they said “that sucks”. Yea, that does suck.

Patrick made my stay that much more pleasant. His customer service for me and others was top tier at check-in, during my stay when the community microwave failed, and at checkout. He definitely went above and beyond when others could not have cared less. The bartender (Jackie I believe) was extremely disinterested in my microwave struggle and Patrick's manager (she made sure to ask me if I had seen her employee) was more annoyed that Patrick was helping me than I would have expected. What she said to me should have been discussed with him in private; very unprofessional.
The room itself, a city view king bed on the 6th floor, was spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable. I was annoyed by the fact that ice was only available on odd numbered floors, and the first that I visited was not working, however, it did not ruin my visit.
Everything else was convenient and pleasant. I have no complaints.

My daughter stayed for the Rocky Run. I didn't actually go. But she reported back that her and her boyfriend felt safe in the area and the room .The room was super clean. Hotel had nice menu and plenty of food options. Check in was easy as well. They already said they will be staying there next run.

The two front desk people I dealt with were amazing. I had a personal issue that they could not have been more helpful with. Angie was one of their names and the other was a very kind gentleman

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very quaint. We loved the shower in the room it was spacious and so comforting. We ordered room service for breakfast as we had to attend a funeral. The food was hot and fresh and delicious. We drive 23 hours from Florida to attend a funeral for my grandmother, upon arriving we were advised that our vehicle was too large for valet parking. No where on the website does it specify that certain SUVs would not be accepted. We specifically choose this hotel because of the Valet parking. The attendants at the front desk did not provide much guidance on places we could park. Being from Florida and driving 13+ hours and arriving at 9pm at night, you would think more assistance would have been given as we are not from Philly and pretty sure this was not the first time this hotel was met with this issue.
Lastly, we were awaken at 2am to evacuate the hotel by the fire alarm. We had to walk down 7 flights of steps and my other party had to go down 13 flights of steps with a toddler in the middle of the night. As all the hotel guests gathered outside there were fire trucks and firemen with axes coming in and out the building. Not one Hyatt personel offered any information or ETA. Once the alarm went off we proceeded back to our rooms again with no guidance from any of the Hyatt management or staff. We later discovered from overhearing a housekeeper speaking that there was a flood on the 4th floor. This was not a reason to evacuate the ENTIRE hotel

The sheets aren’t clean. If you hold the sheets up to a light, you’ll see all the dirt collected within the sheets.

Location is perfect, free internet was good and the large flatscreen TV in my room was a nice surprise. 4 stars for cleanliness only because of the stained carpet in my room and lack of hand sanitizer in the wall mounted receptacles on my floor. The lack of a mini bar and room service was surprising, but there were pre-packaged food options and a microwave in the lobby. I would stay here again.

This property was one of the most convenient locations that we could have stayed at. City Centered, locate walk shopping at Nordstrom and Bloomingdales, Even has a tiffany close. The restaurant on the corner of the hotel was one of the best Greek restaurants we've been to. It's a 45-minute stroll to the Rocky stairs which has a museum (which to our surprise had a jazz night), love park and other hotels bars and restaurants. We were in town for a concert, the uber ride was 20 mins away. There is a Cleavers Philly sandwich near which was delicious. Lukes Lobster was around the corner, which is a staple in NYC, so had to stop there. The property is an updated boutique hotel, right in all the correct ways. The room was updated, from the bedding to the size of the television, to the wood floors, separate toilet room. It does have some areas that could have been better thought out, like the closet is the smallest one that could have been put in this room, the shower area doesn't have a door, the window view is horrible, none of these things effected our stay honestly. He saw the comedian Gary Owens who happen to be staying there as well. A great choice and I would stay there again! The staff was polite and very helpful when we had any questions. They had a map printed out of the entire area to help guide you on your tour around town, so helpful!

Great room; great view from corner King, the AC had some kind of timer or something and limited the temp to 65. Not optimal for two women in their 50’s.
