I did find the hallway drafty. We were able to keep the room warm. The hotel is under renovation and we had an updated room.

Our stay was great! Everyone was very welcoming and nice. We had a double bed room with the balcony. The room was very clean. The only negative things I’d say about the room was the outlets need replaced. They won’t hold a charging block to charge your phone so we had to use the outlets on the desk. Also the toilet was very hard to flush. You can just tell that the rooms are old. But other than that our room was great! We were bummed that the resturant wasn’t open for breakfast upstairs. They said it is only open after 5. Which had of changed because we went several years ago for brunch and it was AMAZING. So we settled for breakfast at their tiny buffet they have down on the main floor. It was okay. Nothing special. I personally didn’t think it was worth 14$ a person plus 3&4$ for drinks a piece. But it was convenient.

They booked a wedding reception on the floor above us!! They walls shook and balcony doors shook . They partied for hours and at 9:30pm I finally called down to front desk cause I couldn’t take it anymore. They stated that the paperwork for the party says they have party till 10pm. I asked why would they book us in the room below when they knew they were having a party? I was completely ignored on that statement. Around 10:45pm party was still going and I called again she said she went upstairs and told them they had to start shutting down. It didn’t stop till after 11:00pm. The next day after no sleep my husband was taking a shower so we can leave earlier then check up out because we were just disgusted. He was taking a shower and maid walked in on him( we had do not disturb on door) after he got done he went to load up car. When the maid again walked into our room unannounced on me in bathroom. We told front desk they didn’t seem to care about anything and just said they aren’t supposed to do that. Didn’t say anything about the loud party at all!

My stay was decent, front desk was a bit friendly, but no room service was provided, from Friday to Sunday no one come to change the bed sheets or towels, my room was supposed to be a non smoking room , but was able to done cigarettes bud under the bed sheets.

We were on the 17th floor and the traffic noise was really loud even with the doors closed. The elevators are also a bit concerning because of how they shake while going up and down. The hotel room definitely needs some upgrading. Both the microwave and refrigerator were leaning due to missing legs. One of the mattresses was caved in on the side.

Has roaches and dirty covers with stains and not clean in bathroom… hair everywhere. The whole hotel has a funny smell…

They charge for parking, no where in the listing it mentions that the parking cost money, in the amenities, it list parking. It’s a 300 a dollar night hotel, parking should be included in the price!! Especially, when it’s listed under amenities!!! Also breakfast isn’t included too!!!

The staff were courteous and friendly. The accommodations were comfortable. The view of the city was beautiful.

Our overall stay was good. Our only complaints were we asked for fresh towels multiple times and never received them and the pillows for the bed are horrible. They must be feathers because you have no support other than that it was an overall good experience.

Older hotel needs updated not worth the price and you have to pay for parking if your going to park in the hotels parking lot but there’s no where else to park. Needs updated. Definitely not what you would expect from a Raddison Hotel. Beds are hard our backs were killing us when we woke up the next morning. Pillows are yellow not very clean.

We had sone sanitary issues. However, we were moved into another room as soon as we called the front office.

The room was ok, but bed side lights were not plugged in and the shower was draining slowly. Toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall.
Beds were comfortable at least.

Very old hotel. Beds were clean but the room wasn’t dusted or cleaned well.
Can only be expected on a Reds week.
Not going to get this price($120 per night) anywhere near Cincinnati.

In town for a series of events for the weekend and the location and accommodations were great. Definitely has an old vintage vibe in the elevators but modern amenities throughout.

Hotel was not clean, run down and very noisy. Housekeeping was extremely rude, front desk would not honor rate booked via hotels.com.

We wanted to love this hotel since the price was competitive for the location, but we did not. The hotel is quite old and doesn’t appear to have been updated in many years. In our room the carpet was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the shower was molded. The sink was squeaky and the drain cover was missing, so we could see the funk in the drain. None of the surfaces had been wiped off. The mattress had blood stains on it right at the head of the bed and they had just been covered with a towel and then the sheet thrown over it. It was wonderful being with use friends in a convenient location, but we didn’t not love this hotel . Even checking in I found the folks at the desk to not be friendly at all.

The hotel is in a prime location but in need of updating. The front desk sraff could also use some customer service training. Over priced for what you get. Trolley snd Newport on the Levee were trip stand outs.

I asked for a room on a high floor and was put in a 17th floor room with a nice view. Kids loved it! The curtains and carpet seemed a little worn in our room, but the room was very clean. My son did sink in his bed, that was odd, but I slept well. Our room was near the highway but double doors to the balcony kept the noise out. All staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. Kids enjoyed the pool, fitness center, and dinner in the evening at the spinning restaurant on the 18th floor. All in all, a great little trip for me and my kids.
