Price was good. Beds were a bit hard. Breakfast was only for 2 people and others had to pay $13 each. But it was a good hot breakfast.

This is an upscale motel 6. Large room that is well worn. Our room was noisy. (Foot steps overhead). Very loud bathroom fan.

NO Elevator. TV choices and operation poor.

It’s a little dated and quirky, but the rooms are generously sized. It’s very convenient to the West Yellowstone entrance and walking distance to restaurants, etc. Check in/Check out were easy. I’d stay here again for the convenience.

We stayed here during our trip to Yellowstone. It was convenient to the park and the price, even though it was high for the facility, was good compared to the other motels in the area. It was an old motel, but well kept. We did OK in staying there.

Everything was great except no elevator

The staff was very friendly but overwhelmed by the overload of Chinese groups arriving very loudly daily and taking over the whole place. I mentioned that my room had no hot water in the first night and nothing was done about it although it was better the second night. Room was comfortable but pillows were too big for me… the kind that breaks your neck.

We were on the go constantly while staying there. It is close to the Yellowstone Park entrance. No complaints except for the music with deep base that was played every morning while we ate a free breaksfast. Someone needs to rethink that. Otherwise it was nice and fit our needs.

Everything about this facility is substandard. Definitely not worth $257 a night!! It started off bad with NO elevator at all and NO parking lot (you park on the street), once in the room it was very quickly evident that this was a bad choice with things like paint and drywall work not finished, caulking around the tub ,sink, toilet and shower walls looked like a child try to do it, the sheets were very thin, the bed was a springy nightmare from 1999 that was hard as a rock. At least the AC worked good even thought it to was 25 years old. The breakfast was actually good and plentiful. I would not recommend this facility unless just want a bed for the night

The rooms are very old, the hair dryer doesn’t work on both rooms we stayed and the water in the shower was cold for the times that the other guests use the water. The beds are very old and uncomfortable. The personnel was very rude when I reported the hair dryer and cold water in the shower. The only thing that was good was the breakfast.

We selected the hotel due to location next to Yellowstone

Mattresses were hard and uncomfortable

Like: near the yellowstone national park
Dislike: limited parking, no refrigerator and microwave

Rather old tired property which was clean, however. Breakfast buffet was a bit better than usual…geared toward bus tours.

Took forever to get hot water for shower. Beds kind of hard.

I was disappointed I unfortunately did not read their amenities and when by the pictures and the web site shows a pool and they don’t have a pool
The breakfast was good but it 12.99 not 9.99 yes you get two free per room. We had four so two of us had to pay while was fine.

Old property. NOT recommended at all. Front desk staff doesn't really care. Rooms are smelly. Carpet is peeling off the floor. Strong smell of cleaning product in the reception area and rooms which make it unlivable even with windows opened. Bathrooms need attention as well with broken tiles and leaking faucet. And NO WIFI available either.

I've stayed there before and was looking forward to it. Major problem we didn't find until front desk was closed. The door didn't stay locked. You lock deadbolt but you could still open door from outside and no chain or bar. Propped a chair against door for something. Breakfast was cool. Staff was nice but did nothing about the door. So sleeping with one eye open on a squeaky bed. Definitely not worth cost.

Old hotel in poor condition. Beds very terribly uncomfortable. Bathroom had black mold around d the tub. They had stuffed plastic where the San suppose to be in the ceiling.
Dunno g room staff nice. Receptionist very curt communication!!! Do NOT recommend it. Way overpriced!!!!

I liked that it was of local decor with great buffet breakfast included. Liked the snack area available and sofa and chairs in the lobby.

Great place loved it. Easy walking to town. Loved all the Buffalo art and great buffet breakfast.

I honestly wanted to enjoy this place given how close it is to Yellowstone NP. I cannot shame the staff that work here, everyone was very friendly and kind especially the breakfast buffet workers. However, the quality of the room is majorly lacking. To start immediately off the bat after hiking all day and being excited to hop in the shower I was shocked to see how long it took the water to heat up. I’m not talking seconds im talking several minutes to even get a hint of hot water. On the second night of our stay I literally turned the shower on minutes before getting in due to the same issue twice. The faucet to the sink had nothing but a dribble of water every time we turned it on. The beds were a nightmare, the first of our two beds having a severe indentation on the left side was a shocker to me and my fiance. The second mattress available was slightly better but obviously well used. An attempt were made to fluff the sad pillows that were essentially card board slabs and a piece of paper for a comforter made for a rough nights sleep. The final nail in the coffin for me was the carpet. The carpet felt very out dated and desperately needed a deep clean. I cannot imagine walking bare foot on that situation. In all the building needs an upgrade to match the level of kindness their staff was shown to have.

This is a very old motel that really needs to be gutted and remodeled. They served a great breakfast but that really doesn't justify the price of the stay.

Excellent breakfast. To many slamming doors late in the night. Central location to town.

Loved the breakfast, friendly staff and clean room. The one downside to our stay was the fact that we couldnt sleep. The ceiling was very creaky so we could hear every step the people above us took, and they were up all night.

There was a nice courtyard where you could eat outside. Lots of flowers and window boxes made for a homey feel. Two free buffet breakfast were included with each room. There was plenty to choose from and the food was good. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated.

We liked the White Buffalo Hotel, it was nice to park near the entrance we entered near our room on the main floor. Rooms were nice, the beds were comfy, the breakfast was lovely, too! Lots of great restaurants nearby within walking distance.
One thing that would be good is more sound proofing. People and noisy kids were walking/stomping around upstairs and kept waking us up all night.

It was very deceptive advert, the rooms had no fridge, no microwave, no phone, no coffee machine, no roku, no tv channels. The staff lady was very difficult saying a safty issue is ok to continue to stay in the same room.
6.0
This is definitely an older property that they have tried to update. The room smelled extremely strong of deodorizer, it was clean enough, the bed was terrible, if theres 2 people in the bed you end up rolling towards the middle. Mattresses could definitely be replaced. The breakfast buffet was ok, decent variety and they serve the items for you so its not a buffet free for all so that was nice. Good location, walking distance to everything.

We had two rooms. One room was great. Our second room had two light bulbs that constantly flickered, so we just left those lights turned off. Also, the water in the tub would not turn off. So running water 24/7.
