Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast!
2.0 / 5.0
Honestly, the stay was really good, but with internet issues, pool and hot tub out of order, and running out of multiple breakfast items I cannot give 5 stars.
The staff was very friendly and forgiving/upfront regarding the issues. The property is very nice and one of the best parts was waking up to the wolves howling at the discovery center down the street.

Very conveniently located. The hotel was comfortable, and the staff treated us great.

TV didn’t work and we never knew until check in. You had to agree to that condition with no compensation or you don’t get a room. If you don’t like it, too bad.

It was ok.

Close enough to walk to Dodd and breweries and stores. Unfortunate that their TV connections were not operational, but not their fault. Did not detract from our stay with Wi-Fi Tv on our IPad. Staff very friendly and helpful

The staff at breakfast and front desk were phenomenal. The Continental bkft was pretty decent. The room was clean. However, no TV(they said it's WIFI and blamed it on their provider). No WIFI obviously either. The property was SEVERELY out of date. Molding was coming off doorways. The worst was the sound. OMG. The fan and shower upstairs woke me up all night. You hear EVERYTHING from everyone around you. Pillows were horrid. Almost like foam chunks in a bag.Beds were old super springy and just barely ok.
I would not stay here again if I had other options.
Let's face it, You are paying for the location. Which was about 2 min from W entrance to Yellowstone.

Rooms were big and clean. Place was decent for a stay. However tv was non existence for the most part. Tv is a streaming service and the wifi was horrible. So,if you need to watch tv probably not a good choice of hotel.

Your beds and pillows are very uncomfortable
4.0 / 5.0
Loved that they are pet friendly. The facility was clean, but aged. The carpet is questionable. Wyat at the check in was very friendly. He worked hard to get the computer to do what he needed it to do, to match our reservation. Only decaf coffee available for the rooms. :/
Overall, served our needs. The beds/pillows were comfortable.

Loved the room and the included breakfast!

The stay was good. You did get a Continental breakfast, which wasn’t bad. The worst part of this hotel was the TV. You couldn’t figure out the TV how to get any movies or anything. Not user friendly.

Location to Yellowstone park is excellent.
The hotel common areas and room bath rooms and HVAC units need to be updated.

Everyone was very nice. Rooms very clean and a great continental breakfast. Coffee was the best. If you dont travel a lot and like to watch tv a nightand have a Netflix account, bring your passwords. I would recommend the hotel.

Check in was interesting, went to the front desk on arrival and was greeted by a very nice lady (Jeanie). She was kind of new to this type of service industry but tried super hard. Gave us our key to the room and when we got there it had not been made up yet, so returned to the see Jeannie and let her know this and changed us to another room that had only one bed when we requested and paid for 2 beds. Went back for the third time to see Jeannie and she was super confused on what to do so was dished off to another person that was not in a good mood and finally got us into a room that was across the hall from our friends (which was nice) though it had been over an hour of waiting and changes. Got to our room and all seemed ok though a bit dated. Check on one of the beds and it had a bit of a leaning problem and was not comfortable at all. The next day I found a 2 x 4 cut off I had in the back of my truck and used it to prop up the bed to a more level setting which helped a bit. My wife likes to watch TV later in the evening and well that never worked. Called to see how to fix it and they blamed it on the local service provider and offered no solution. Asked for someone to repair and nobody showed up in the 15-20 minute time frame so we left and when we came back it was on and lasted about 90 minutes and it just froze up and never worked for the rest of our stay there. Again a gentleman working at the desk blamed it on the provider. More probs but ran out of space OMG

We requested our room to be cleaned and it wasn’t. We asked to have the trash emptied and the desk attendant told us to sit it outside the door which we did but it was still there the next morning. The carpet was dirty.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was very welcoming. The only thing that was disappointing was that the dining room was closed for the breakfast buffet. We were offered 4 options served in a box to go.
