Need security

We drove up and the motel was definitely not as pictured and did not appear more than a flea trap. So we never got out of the car (to be fair) and decided to drive on to Kansas City.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Nasty room with very shady poeple living there

We notified the hotel of a late check-in and when we arrived they had no rooms available.

We couldn’t stay there, It is totally run down and filthy. The worst hotel I have ever seen. Gang members were there. Please don’t go there.

Bedbugs

$35 dollar room, paid $80. Would be fine cheep Hotel. Only one ice machine working. No WiFi from what I could see.

The property was such that I didn't feel confident that my belongings would have been safe. My reservation was non refundable, so after checking in, I just got in my vehicle and left. I never even went to the room. I made a reservation at another facility.

The room had alot of flies and a few roaches. Definitely the hotel needs quite a bit of update.

The sheets on bed were stained. The bed was horrible. And it smelled a little overall.

My reservation was made on the wrong day. This was not their fault. They were very nice to accomodate me. However, I will never use you again.

the toilet was running water all night.

I didn't stay lock was broken off the door looked like it had been busted down no internet overhead light had no cover walls all scarred looked like there had been a fight in the room window busted out of room 2 doors down Iwas afraid to stay there went somewhere else didn't get my money back

very easy to get to off I-70. Staff was very welcoming when we got there. The room was clean. However we found out after 10pm we had no hand towels, no wash cloths and no bathmat. Figured office was closed we would get them in the morning. Sign on lobby door says they are open 6am-11pm however during those time periods I tried several times and no one was there & lobby was locked. We left Tuesday morning 6:45am for breakfast and returned at 8:30am. Still locked up and no one present. So we were unable to let them know about the lack of towels or even acturally checkout of our room. Breakfast area was next door and it too was locked.That being said, room was clean. It was quiet on our end. Other end of motel seemed to have people living there.

Room is clean. Had a smell to the room water drainage slow

Very disappointing. I knew we were going to be late, so I called in 5 hours early to let them know we would be checking in late. When we get there, the two room choices were a bed and pull out couch or two queens but with no A/C. It was 88 at 11:30 at night. So we decided to just keep driving. Were we Refunded? No. Or course not. So I paid $86 not to stay in a hot room and spent another $80 at a hotel 4 hours later in Tulsa at 4 a.m. Not a great experience but I’m glad I didn’t have to stay the night there.

Customer services is bad, internet doesnt even work for the front desk. Rooms werent cleqn properly, towels were dirty and sheets werent clean either.

It was very dirty, I rang the bell at the desk when I arrived. Had my wife called to get someone to come to the front desk. Their was another guy wanting to check in also. We were the last two to check in. Finally got to my room after I had to get the lady to redo my room card because it didn’t work. I was very tired and wanted to get to bed. Because there was an auto show going on in the town all hotels were booked. So I was stuck here. No towels, old soap in shower, and the Gary abs were empty. They must have been short handed. None the less I should not have had to pay. Music loud till 2am. And across the parking lot the bar also had loud music playing. Sorry but I won’t be staying here again.

The staff was very nice and friendly. Good people. I would hire them!

Cusyomer service

Service was exceptional. The front desk person was extremely friendly.

Odd smell in the room, RV was broken, old dingy, shower was dirty, only 2 towels provided, no tissues. Outside area was dirty and there was trash everywhere. I would not stay here again.

The girl that checked us in wasnt real friendly or outgoing she was rral short with us. Our room smelled like dogs. Our room was suppost to have a king bed but unsted it had 2 bed pretty sure they were full size. Overall i just wasnt impressed. We did stay there 1 othrr time and our room was nice. Not sure what happened this time!! Oh yeah cell reception wasnt good inside the room either and no breakfast which they claim to have on web site

This place is horrible. Took me 20+ minutes to check in. I get to my room and it had NOT been cleaned. I went to the front desk to complain. I was given a song and dance about the cleaning staff calling in for the weekend. I was offered to be put into a regular double room. I told them no. I told them that I had specifically booked the room with the jetted tub, I had paid extra for the room with the jetted tub. I told them that I am staying here because of work, and with the hours I will be working this up coming week, after I put in 14 - 16 hours, I want to get back to the room, turn on the jetted tub and relax. I was told that they would get it cleaned. I left to get supper. I returned an hour later and they were just starting to clean the room. To add insult to injury,vthe wi-fi doesn't even register on any of my devices in the room. I had paid extra for this room not only for the jetted tub, but also because there was supposed to be a direct ethernet connection at the desk. After a thorough search of the room I have yet to find said direct ethernet connection. I tried to fill my glass from the tap at the sink...disgusting. the water has a yellowish tinge. It actually looks like diluted urine. Letting the tap run makes no difference. I let it run for 10 minutes and still looks like diluted urine. I contacted corporate and they initiated a customer care ticket. Had I not booked online and paid in advance, I would have canceled and gone somewhere else. Wi-fi never worked.

Looked at 3 rooms before finding 1 that was halfway clean. Took 20 minutes to check in because the clerk was busy with her kids. 1st room had urine on the toilet bowl. 2nd room I didn't see, she just came out and said it wasn't ready. 2 cars in the parking lot with hoods open and people working on them. Fireworks being shot off in the parking lot after 11pm. I called the desk to complain about partying and fireworks outside my room. Clerk said there wasn't anything she could do. Called the police and they broke it up. The entire property was crawling with tweekers and I'm sure prostitution was taking place. Literally holding flashlights and working on cars at 2am and girls going from one room to another repeatedly every 20 minutes. I slept with a loaded handgun on the nightstand. I will NEVER stay at this property again.

Specially great stuff! Little bit dated but overall good for the price.

Dirty room, abandoned car in the parking lot, people cooking food on a large trailer. Not a great place, but then it was super cheap.

Bed felt like cardboard, pillows felt like news paper, ac didn’t cool the room, trash in common area on ground from overflowing can, took over 10 minutes for someone to come to desk when I waited in lobby, linens had stains, stain on pillow case, everyone I saw check in were put second floor because so many live on first floor.

Bathtub would not drain,

Always have an excellent visit and stay here.

Hallway smelled of smoke. The rooms need to be updated.
