Front desk staff on the evening shift on August 13th should be commended for his generous assistance with our car tire problem

This is a solid value for the price. Staff were very helpful, particularly the young man working evening’s on August 13 th. We had a problem with a tire, needed it looked after because we had to leave by 9 am the next day. He found us a nearby service place that was open to 8 pm. Problem resolved.

This was my 3rd time staying at this hotel. The room itself was perfect. Everything was clean and well set up. My only problem is, in the morning, 2 different house keepers knocked on my door way before checkout time to see if I was in the room. One even used her key to enter my room while I was sleeping. All I ask for is privacy and I did not get that. A better system to let the house keepers know who has checked out can prevent this from happening again. Other than that, my stay was perfect.

I was there for a week of business installations that take place overnight. I am often concerned with how well I'll get rest during the "active" times of a normal hotel day. I would definitely stay here again as the entire place was low key, courteous with lots of lobby-level services like the restaurant, gym, etc. The staff is great. My only ding is that they aren't clear about having to pay for parking (it is a large, open parking, and it turned out to be costly.

Had to switch two rooms cause outside ace units were to loud Hotel has huge parking lot in middle of nowhere and they charge for parking Its 2024 and they charge you for WiFi which is wild

Convenient basic hotel. Nice and clean room. Bland continental breakfast (not complimentary), not very welcoming staff during breakfast.

Not too far from NYC and free parking.

I wanna say the fridge wasn’t working when I got there.. Also the room doesn’t have microwave for those that would to reheat there meals.. But other than that it was good stay

The property is very well clean, the service is excellent.

Remote in room was missing, TV did not turn off, could not sleep properly at night. Bed is too soft causing back pain. Staff was friendly. Check in was smooth.

Hotel was fine. However, on top of paying nearly $200 a night for a room, they charged me $33 a day for parking… ridiculous.

I recently stayed at the Marriott Saddle Brook, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast. It was included with the room and offered a good variety of tasty options to start the day off right. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which added a warm touch to my stay. The room itself was comfortable, though it could use some updates. Some of the amenities, such as the phone, hairdryer, and the security clip on the door, felt a bit outdated. This didn't significantly detract from my stay, but it is something to be aware of. One thing to note is that parking is not included in the room rate, so you will need to pay extra for it. Additionally, if you are not a registered Bonvoy member, you will have to pay for WiFi access. This was a bit of an inconvenience, but not a major issue. Overall, my stay at Marriott Saddle Brook was enjoyable, mainly due to the good breakfast and friendly staff. With a few updates to the room amenities and more inclusive services, it could be even better.
