Great stay. Great location.

Staff was very rude and had no customer service. The closet had broken handles and the bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets were not soft at all. Do not waste your money at all. Have stayed in super cheap motels much better than this. Will never stay here again.

The overall stay was good. Really, the only issue was the smell of weed. It was so strong on the elevator. The lobby was very nice compared to the rooms. Bed was comfy. The luxury compared to the price, didnt match. We stay from a Friday til Tuesday for my birthday trip. Our room had stadium view. Ther were lots of place to each and walking distance to the Arch was great.
3.8
Hotel rooms were a little run down. Service in the restaurant was not speedy. Waiting 10 minutes for a server. However, hotel is in a great location to attend a baseball game.

Hotel is very nice and close to Busch stadium

Room was shabby, elevators were exceptionally slow. The lotion container was empty and the shower barely worked. The room was unmade until late in the day.The person who was on duty when we checked out was barely civil when I asked for a copy of the bill. The location was excellent but the price for this poor facility was way over priced

Every morning they would knock on our door. We would answer and say we didn’t need anything and both mornings someone came back shortly after and just walked right in our room. Almost like they were sneaking to see if someone was in there so they could go through our room. Very weird. Especially considering we left out DND door hanger out. My sister was half dressed one of the days and very upset they just walked in. We also had our truck valet parked which cost almost $50 a day and have a HUGE scratch on the passenger door. We were also given a ticket that didn’t match our keys so they had to look through EVERY key hanging in the peg board to find our keys the first night. The bar was above our room and kept us up very late every night with banging and machines going on/off. VERY DISSATISFIED with this stay. There was also old food in the floor over by the window and my sister’s sheets on her bed were dirty with what appeared to be poo or food. And not stains. Fresh something. Ughhhhh. We stay here 3-4 times a year and this trip was horrible. ESPECIALLY for as much as this particular hotel costs. It should have been pristine.

Great location

One night stay in St. Louis to visit arch and go to ballgame. Very convenient location. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Have stayed at this property many times before and it is always a good experience.

Our room was outdated and in need of repair. The toilet "ran" and although we requested maintenance 3 times, it never happened. The ironing board was broken (which WAS replaced), the toilet paper holder fell apart and on the floor and shower faucet handle was very loose. The tub area was very dingy. Beds were very comfortable though and TV updated with many channels available. 25 floors or so with only three elevators. The hotel has an occupancy surge during baseball season, and people were 30-40 deep in line at each elevator. The staff elevator was even opened to the public to help with the overflow. THAT was why we received no toilet service call the last evening. However, maintenance should have gone to the front of the line of the staff elevator and come directly up when the manager promised immediate service. We were given free breakfast tickets for Sunday morning, and the food was very good. Had we not worked through Expedia, he would have adjusted the room rate. As with any hotel, the rates are "jacked up" when there's an event in the locale. This Hilton was not worth the $390 we paid based on the quality of the room. It was what you'd expect for $150.

Everything was great except there was no shampoo, conditioner or shower gel in the shower. We asked for some and they brought ut to us.

Great location near ballpark First class facility

This hotel is definitely all about location. The room was nothing special some furnishings looked run down. Shower didn’t work properly. Beds weren’t comfortable. But I will say the pillows were amazing.
3.8
I was not fond of the $50 rate to park my car. I missed the 5pm close of the enterprise location up the block so had ro pay overnigjt fee. $50 is ridiculous. Walking distance to baseball great apots around area.

My family stayed at the property for the Pink concert and my mom loves St. Louis Cardinals. It was a gift. The overall experience was good, however we found a bug in the bed (my son knocked it off prior to evidence, it is a cashless property and wasn't aware, room needed some updates/work, 3 small elevators to handle 26 floors, the roof top was amazing but slow service and not organized to where the waitors knew new people walked in. If they didn't walk by you, then you didn't get helped. Many people were confused for the terrace elevators and when it started at 4pm vs the normal elevators to go to their rooms.
Overall amenities, location and staff were really great.
3.8
Our room smelled like someone had smoked pot in there. We did get the option to change rooms, but honestly the elevator situation at the hotel was not worth the hassle. The Elevators are always an issue, we will probably look other places the next time we have an event downtown.

This property is in need of some updating. The hotel is starting to look dreary.
We had no cold water in our room. Even the toilet had hot water in it. You could not take a shower for fear of being scalded.
3.8
When we checked in, I asked if I could get a room close to my daughter and grandsons. The front desk clerk made it happen. We had the buffet breakfast the first morning. When we went back the next day, my daughter didn't go because she wasn't feeling well. The server asked where my daughter was. He made it feel personal.
3.8
Great location but VERY DATED. Had to ask multiple times for additional towels and TP. The staff was very friendly and polite.
3.8
We booked 2 beds only got one and a couch with no lines. Was given sheets and was told thats all they had because we booked though a 3rd party
3.8
We booked a premium room with a stadium view. We arrived at 4 PM check-in time and were told our premium room on the 11th floor was not ready. We waited over an hour and then were told the room was still not ready. No explanation. We were then moved to the 5th floor with a disappointing view of the building around the stadium and the very top nose bleed seats of the stadium.
Parking is a pain as well. The hotel has none of its own parking. Parking is shared a block and a half from the hotel with other attendees to the ball game. Forty dollars was charged for that inconvenience.
The "Assistant Manager" made little to no effort to prepare the room we paid for. Instead, when I voiced my displeasure with the wait, he seemed to find a way to make our stay even more unpleasant by giving us a room on a lower floor with a horrible view.
I would not recommend this hotel, especially for the rates charged!!!

Ac leaked in our room and the floor was gross and wet (the carpet and tile). We let them know about the problem and all they did was send up some towels, for ME to use, almost two hours later. There were pictures missing off the wall that i had to report so that i wouldnt get charged for them. The picture of the "stadium view" that was advertised must have been taken from the east tower because we felt like we were just thrown up into the West Tower (red-headed step child tower)
3.8
Paying for my room and also paying for parking. Will never book again.
3.8
The room was dated and the air conditioner did not cool the room.
3.8
All was well
3.8
We came for a baseball game and location was excellent. We could see the park itself beautifully from out room. Only downside was that Tesla charger was very slow.
3.8
When we checked into the room their was a ripped open condom wrapper sticking out from underneath the bed. I chose this hotel because it showed to have an ev charger. After tipping 3 different valet people to make sure my vehicle got charged on the last night of the stay, I got told at 11:30 pm on my final night that their charger didn't work. It was like I was annoying the valet people by asking them to make sure it got charged, and everytime they happily took my tip with a promise that it would be charged. Something told me to keep checking the garage and everytime nothing happened and I was 20 dollars lighter.
3.8
The view of the ballpark and the location was amazing. The staff was friendly however they made me put two cards down for incidentals and then charged each card over $1000 when we didnt use anything there! Super frustrating when we're 3000 miles from home and are out an extra $2000. Would not stay there again.

Wasn't happy that house keeping kept waking us up at 8am. Requested do not disturb, no signs, still kept waking us up even though check out is at 11am they start waking people up at 8am. Wasn't that clean either. Bathrooms were not cleaned 100% we had 2 different rooms, both bathrooms could have been cleaned much better
3.8
Check in was at 4 but we couldn’t check in till 5:30 apparently they were over booked the night before and the maid was still cleaning up rooms. We couldn’t go swimming in the pool cause metal was around the pool or whatever and I paid extra for a hotel with a pool we couldn’t even use. We got back in our hotel room and the AC wasn’t working right customer service had a maintenance guy come up to basically said he couldn’t do anything and left. Me and my husband only got 2-3 hours of sleep last night cause he was sweating like a pig and I was burning up. We checked out and called hotels . Com where we booked through and demanded our money back. Which we just got. Thanks for the horrible experience we won’t be back. Also somebody at the front desk said the AC wasn’t working right cause it’s in the middle of July???? I book hotels in July every year for mine and my husband’s anniversary and we never had problems until we stayed with yall

Lobby appeal was amazing. Had a door in bathroom that wouldn’t latch. But reported it
3.8
Small rooms and smaller bathroom

Great place located close to Busch Stadium, walked over to Ballpark Village ate dinner on to the game, great game except they lost, lol. Was very crowded, before while checking in and really crazy after the game so other than that loved our stay
3.8
The hotel was really nice. It has a huge lobby with a lot of workers eager and willing to help out with any questions. The rooftop bar was an amazing experience but could’ve had better service.
3.8
Parking to expensive

Had a fantastic stay in St Louis. This hotel property is PERFECT location. Everything we wanted to do and explore was within walking distance. Front desk was very polite and allowed early check in and fulfilled request for a higher floor level. The bed was comfortable- good pillows- only thing that thrown me off was not having a fitted sheet on the bed- it was a flat sheet so we fixed every morning. The water pressure wasn’t the greatest but was on the 20th floor. The room was clean and the ac worked wonderfully. The rooftop bar does have an amazing view but it’s crowded up there and the staff wasn’t the friendliest. The pool looked good but we didn’t use it. Parking was “meh” having to park across the street and $40 a day- wasn’t expecting that. (No ball games going on while we were there) and the trash cans in the parking garage were never emptied and overflowing our entire stay.
3.8
Weather was great room wasnt very clean. Tables and counter tops had dust and stuff all over them and the walls had stuff all over them could tell hadnt been cleaned in awhile. Bathroom was super dated. Roof top bar was great thoand valet survice was good.
3.8
They need a jacuzzi
3.8
Our room was not ready until 90 minutes after check in time. There were no apologies, no complimentary drink at the bar - nothing. We came to town for a baseball game and paid a premium price for the room. The room and the hotel were underwhelming and in need of a lot of work. We chose the hotel for the EV charging, but valet was full when we got there, so we were out of luck. We were directed to self park across the street on the next block. The hotel is in a great location if you’re visiting for a game, but we couldn’t find many more positive things to say about our stay.
3.8
Way to busy for me and 80.00 to park car for 2 days is crazy .
