Staff was very helpful, awesome location, lots of holiday activities, great restaurants and bars, and pretty beach & pool areas

Pretty lobby and location was fantastic. There were two very high scale restaurants. Would have preferred another regular price option. Did use the quick serve Fuel several times and they were very nice and good options for on the go dining.

Arrived early and a room was ready. Made the start of our stay so much easier.

My family and I had a blast. It was beautiful, conveniently located near several parks, and everyone was very friendly.

Great location. Nice property that's a little dated. Great dining options. Perfect for a family trip to Epcot and Hollywood Studios.

We were not happy with the $36/day parking fee. While this is not owned by Disney, Disney resorts do not charge for parking and if we had known that we would have stayed at a Disney resort because the nightly rate would have been cheaper.
Add the $36 to the $45 resort fee which was supposedly included in the rate shown (it was not) and you are adding $81 to your nightly rate. We have stayed here a few times in the past and enjoy the proximity to Epcot, Boardwalk, and Hollywood Studios.

Valet parking was full and we had to park far away and still charged $42 per night

Room was a great size. Resort was beautiful. Towels were extremely soft and fluffy, first for us.

stayed overnight (1st time at this resort) on a multi-day trip for my birthday as I wanted a fancier lodgings with close proximity to the parks, various dining options, and balcony.
This resort offered all these amenities. The buildings are beautifully designed. Rooms were uptodate with modern electronics like USB ports and large flat screen tv. Requested an assessable room for a more comfortable feel for us (3 adults) when we hung out in the rooms. The beds were comfort and room was nicely clean. The resort and restaurants staff was friendly and very accommodating. The dining options were delicious. Due to weather the boats to the parks were discontinued during the early evening but we were lucky to take the last boat out & they were back operating the next morning. I would love to stay here again.

1 of the beds mattress had a huge indent on it. Room 9199
No parking available. Valet only option which was double the price. The resort fee doesn’t cover the parking fee. This property low balls the rate and tacks on resort fees and parking fees.

No parking, but they still charged me a bunch for parking. I don't understand how a big hotel like this can do that to people. Long walk to hotel, long walk to room, old rooms. No thanks! Never again.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get the same magical experience at this resort as I have from others. The fees to park on property $36 and then the resort fee of $45 and the taxes on these fees make it highly unlikely that I will stay here again. The shower products were an extremely masculine scent it felt like I smelled like my husband all day. The lobby was under construction and it just didn’t feel like a Disney property. We had to call on the way out because there was no way for us to get out without paying again or having our room keys which we already turned in.

Got here at 4pm which is their check in time. Room not ready. We had been at the pool and had to meet friends for dinner at Epcot. So we did get to take showers in the gym but the gym sowers were gross and did drain. Our room wasn’t ready till 6pm. Just unacceptable.

Terrible experience. Room smelled so badly. Assuming that the lack of the AC caused it. Phone in room broken and when I went to report it downstairs, they said someone would come to fix and it’s 24 hours and no one has been to my room. We asked for more covers soon after check in and we didn’t get them either.
This felt like a 2 star resort. Dirty and ghetto services

I didn't like the fact that booked one type of room.... and received not the room that I booked but worse.

This is a beautiful property and a joy to stay at. The only issue I have is the parking situation. It does not cost to park at other Disney properties and it costs quite a bit to park at this resort.
