Unfortunately it was a mediocre stay. The photos and the lobby make it seem like a much better place than what it actually is. The room was uncomfortable. The A/C would not cool below 73-74. The beds were supposed to be queens but felt much smaller. It has the feel of a Disney resort but the comfort of a value hotel.

I was very disappointed with my stay at Signia by Hilton, which markets itself as a “pet-friendly hotel.” My experience was far from pet-friendly. We were charged a pet fee without being informed at check-in that it was non-refundable, which felt dishonest. To make matters worse, we were later told that pets cannot be left in the room unaccompanied. This policy makes it nearly impossible to enjoy a vacation and is certainly not what I would expect from a hotel claiming to be pet-friendly. Policies like these should be clearly communicated to guests before booking or at check-in, not discovered after the fact. The lack of transparency and true consideration for guests traveling with pets was incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a genuinely pet-friendly experience.

We stayed for a night. Hotel was amazing. We loved all the dining and food options that were right on-site. The hotel didn’t seem expensive but prices of food and drink were kinda high but I expected it to be with it being affiliated with Disney or on Disney property. The hotel pool was nice and had a great lazy river and water slides for my daughter that she loved AND you’re allowed to float around the pool with a drink in your hand which I was surprised you could do but I loved it..lol I would highly recommend this hotel.

My stay was during the Florida hurricane. Most everything was fine however only a couple of the restaurants were open and the ones that were open were overly packed. Had to use Uber eats. They were faster than waiting for a table.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times. With a family member with severe allergies, we always use the pure rooms (it is the reason we stay her). During our recent stay, we were evacuated from our home due to the hurricane. The good things: The hotel staff (with exception to two...see below) went above and beyond making it pleasant for everyone under a difficult situation. I have never seen so many dogs (we had ours also) and people, all hanging out together making the best of the situation. The staff worked hard, the hotel was clean and we enjoyed our stay....that is after we got to our room. Having booked a pure room again, and bringing our two dogs, I called and chatted to the staff at the hotel about reserving a room and about their hurricane protocol. It all seemed good. When we arrived to check in, we had the most unpleasant staff member imaginable, who checked us in and when I confirmed our pure room, he told me he couldn't give me a pure room due to our dogs (he said no dogs on the 14th floor). He happily took my money (the pure room cost more than the regular room), and downgraded us. When I mentioned we had stayed a number of times before with our dogs in the same room, he vanished to get the front desk manager. He argued the same, then eventually checked us in to the right room (the pure room). Guess what, I counted at least 10 dogs on the 14th in our hallway! When I checked out, the same guy tried to charge me for someone else's meal. How unpleasant!

A few different things. First, they don’t tell you there is a $125 PER DAY! security deposit on top of a $38 PER DAY SELF PARK FEE! 2nd they dont let you use the luggage carts. You have to let them take your luggage to your room for you and wait on THEM! now this hotel is $300 plus a night it’s sad that I almost paid more insecurity deposits and parking fees and it wasn’t even valet service then I did for my whole stay. with it being a Hilton and for what they charge I definitely expected a way nicer room and hotel experience. I will definitely be going next-door to the Waldorf Astoria next time.

It was a lovely resort. You need to get there early for the pool since there was so many families who reserve spots and are never seen there. And if you’re self parking, the machine doesn’t read your card so we got stuck there until an attendant came out. But overall, clean resort and would definitely stay again

Basic hotel and definitely not a five star hotel . I cannot realize why they assume that this hotel is a five star . No toiletries and amenities ! Indifferent staff . You have nowhere to park your car so you need to pay a fortune every day

The stay was overall very nice. The hot water stopped running after 1a. So taking a shower after a night out proved fruitless. Also, the lobby bar opened late and closed quite early for a Friday and Saturday evening. The outside experience was fun and the food was great - just minor issues.

We frequent this hotel and it is always great. We love the open lobby with bar and Starbucks cafe/market. Lots of different restaurant options on site. But the pool is what we love the most with the lazy river and poolside service. Our kids loved the DJ and requesting songs from him.

Meeting family at hotel, stayed 1 night. I knew I’d be paying top dollar for a disney property hotel. Pulled up and had a choice of $40 self park or $50 valet, I chose valet. Guy took my bags and said he’d give it to the bellman. $5 tip t

Our stay was amazing, the lazy river was a plus (although I wish we had more time to enjoy it) and they even have a water slide. The free shuttle ride to and from all the Disney parks was also great. We were the last one to get picked up from Disney Hollywood Studios and they called it a rescue pick up to ensure we got back safely to our hotel. The driver waited for us until all our parties were on board which I thought was another amazing thing. The hotel was very modern, beautiful and clean. My family and I would definitely come back and stay here again.
