When i checked in the room i seen roaches and i was very dis satisfied! Instead of my room being moved next door i should of gotten my money back because that was a horrible visit! Im very dissatisfied!

The rooms are not kept up. There was a stain on the bedspread and the chair in the room was so old the protective covering had come away from the fabric, leaving just the black fabric covering the chair. The flooring in the bathroom was not flush, showing the floor beneath in places.

Booked a room on 10/07 for two nights and ended up leaving a night early due to the conditions of the room. The bed linen’s were filthy and never changed. Also, the shower had stains on the shower floor. I don’t recommend this place to anyone unless you’re truly in a desperate need for a place to lay your head.

The room was absolutely dirty. Shoe prints in the tub, blood stains on the bed spread, a big gap in the door, and the heating/cooling unit was sepsis or tetanus waiting to happen. We were offered a different room, but by the time i got back from the front office, we were unpacked and ready for sleep.

I liked being able to park right outside my door. Otherwise the room had a number of issues. Firstly the toilet began bubbling shortly after getting settled, as in air bubbling up from the bowl. I flushed the toilet and it almost overflowed but soon drained. It was a disconcerting, throughout the evening, to hear water and air continue to bubble up in the bathroom. I took a shower and the drain in the tub was missing a strainer and looked like it wasn't sealed which was not a problem but the water pressure was very low. There where also chips and a crack in the porcelain. The rugs next to the bed felt damp and was uncomfortable to walk on as they seemed very dirty so I ended up putting the bath towels over them to avoid that uncomfortable feeling. I plugged my cpap machine and phone charger into the outlets on the bedside lamp but when I turned the lights off for the evening I realized that the master switch at the entrance door which i needed to turn off the overhead lights also turned if the power to the bedside outlets which was a problem for my cpap machine. i pulled out the nightstand to see if the outlet on the wall behind would have another live outlet but no.I had to plug my machine in across the room which meant The cord was stretched and barely made it to the machine which had to be on the floor now.

Bedding was stained but smelled Clean. Pillows seemed to be only half pillows and were very hard. Bathroom fan did not work, either did the TV remote. Check In took way too long with only 1 person in the Lobby.

The staff hands down the best staff, the three ladies at the front desk are sooo amazing words can’t describe how much I appreciate them and how they make us feel like we’re friends and family, we come often so we’ve become closer and it’s a real pleasure every time we talk to them…. I wish I could tell the owner all three ladies deserve a raise but I know with today’s economy it’s impossible l, if I could I’d give them $100 dollars each for the love and care that they have shown, I can only pray this review gets to the owner!!! Especially for the lady that works first shift

The two ladies that work at the desk first and second shift always welcomes us with a smile and how ya been! It feels like seeing family every time we go there, please tell they that they are loved and thought of when we went there! Please give them both a raise, and your rooms are always so clean

Room had very nice bed and towels were fluffy. Great shower. Missed having a coffee maker in room, had to go to front office for it. We had a king room and the layout was nice and comfortable. Down side the flooring and air conditioner were in bad shape. Staff was friendly but seemed over worked especially at check in waited in line for a half hour for them to figure out what rooms were clean.

it was an absolute nightmare. We have one 7-day reservation for 2 rooms, then a 6-day for 1 room. After the 7-day reservation spent one night, the amount of chemical smells was so intolerable that we had to leave the property. We told the front desk and they are now refusing to refund us. It is theft. The 2nd reservation (the 6-night one) diddn't even check-in on the next day, because the first 2 rooms had such a horrible experience. And they are denying us a refund!!!! INSANE!

Disgusting. Room coated in bleach. Mattress from 1987. Pillows were wadded masses. Bathroom sink handle was missing. If you like a horror show that you also get to pay for, head to the Red Roof Inn.
