The WORST experience i have EVER had at a hotel.

honestly, did not like anything & would never will be back.

well, the whole hotel is DIRTY. our first room’s safe did not work & was coming off of the wall. the divider door for a different room would not lock. the staff was okay enough to help us get a different room, but that room wasn’t even any better. to me as a consumer, the maids or cleaning staff does the bare minimum. the amount of money we spent for ONE night was pretty ridiculous for that dirty of a room. the bed frames were creaking & breaking every movement you made. lamp shade had stains all over it. the outlet for a USB didn’t even work. our view out the window was the pool? who wants to see the pool from your room? they had a sign on the front desk stating consumers who had hyundai’s or kia’s were getting damaged in there parking lot. overall the experience sucked. the staff didn’t even let us know there would be a $100 deposit so right now, it looks like we spent MORE on this crappy room. this hotel needs to focus on cleanliness, friendliness, & a well-maintained hotel. i should have taken more picture of this room, but honestly, i was over it & just wanted to sleep & get home ASAP the next morning. this place was really a joke staying there & wont be back to ANY holiday express again.

Pool area was clean and well stocked with towels. Staff was extremely friendly. The conjoined rooms worked well for our family.

Elevator is pretty slow.

The customer service was excellent! Everyone was super nice. I was worried we weren't going to get conjoined rooms but when I got there the lady at desk said we have you in rooms next to each other and it's conjoined. I was so happy. Not every place takes into account kids when guest book two rooms. I was very pleased.

It a great facility but could use a Lil adjusting

The pool is great and my little ones had tons of space in the pool to play. The seating area for breakfast was great. Front area and the room were very nice and spacious.

Breakfast ended around 9am and 10am which is pretty early for a weekend like 11am would seem better. Especially when it's a self serve kind of thing. My refrigerator was broken in my room and service message was put in but it was not usable for my stay. It was also leaking onto the floor. I was offered another room but at that point we were all settled in.

Not happy this time

The beds were comfortable

The tub backed up and shower head had very Lil pressure. I was also accused of throwing up in the bath tub and I did not. When I went to try and take a shower it began to back up and chunks came out of the tub drain.

Family Fun Hotel

The staff was helpful and friendly. Great breakfast choices. The pool was kid friendly with a basketball hoop and sprinklers for the tiny ones. Hot tub for adults was great. My grandson didn't want to leave .

I thought fresh towels would be brought to our room while we were out. Im sure if I asked they would have been provided.

Watch out for the pool Nazi!

Bendding was clean.

Some lady who claims to work tbere came into pool area in pajama shorts and sandals, yelling at us for our children being innor near hot tub. She was extremely rude and unprofesstional. The pool was cold so the little kids were all freezing! My daughter went to grab a towel when we left and they told her no becauss thr pool was closing! When they came to shut the pool doen at 9pm on a friday the same lady came back screaming to get out and anything left behind will be locked up and thr lights will be turned off whether youre in or out! Was not impressed with this! The continental breakfast in the morning was not good, under cooked meat amd questionable other foods so we opted to go to a nearby cafe for breakfast. Also, someone came into our room without asking in the morning just to see if we were still there! This was way before checkout! Too bad this could be a decent hotel with better staff.
