Hotel did not live up to the pictures. Halls smell of pee and cigarette smoke. Beds were very firm. I wanted to leave but checked the no cancelation . So me and my 2 kids had to thought it out for 3 days. Best part of the stay was the breakfast included. And the lady working in there was very nice.

Paint chipping in all rooms. Did not smell fresh. Staff was good. Have stayed at other Quality Inn’s before. Much better than the Peterborough location. Mediocre would be generous.

Very nice place, room is not very big and the table is not too good for working. But for relax, this is a very good place, breakfast is enough and the area is all around by shop and restaurant.

I am going to compliment the desk clerk who was on that evening, we had to call him to the room several times and without fail he was courteous and helpful. The air conditioner in our room did not work, he came and set up a portable unit. We both slept very well. He was 5 star!

I booked a room for 4 nights {7/21/24 to 7/25/24} at your Peterborough location. On check in I told the desk clerk that my trip maybe shortened he said to contact the booking agent. On Tue July 22/24 we checked out at 12p and check out was 11a so I did expect to pay for said night. When I got home I contacted booking agent and told them about what had happened, they said they would contact hotel and ask for a refund of the two night {Tues & Wed}, when they got back to me I was told the hotel REFUSED to refund the extra two nights. Even a credit FFS would have been nice since I'll be back on Dec 8th, 2024 for 1 night, 2 rooms

We have stayed here before. This time it was obvious that some upgrading had been done. This was evident at first in the reception area. The room was comfortable clean and tidy and everything worked as it should.

Room keys did not work the first time and the second time. Had to go to our event (with 10 mins to dress and holding up the shuttle which was stressful) and then get working keys at midnight upon return from the event. At one point 7 people in line to checkin. Only one person at the desk. With being fullly booked, at checkin time there should have been at least two. That might have alleviated the key issue as we were not the only guests with that issue. Total checkin time took 45 mins and then using someone else's room to get dressed. Otherwise, the room was fine, quiet. bed was comfortable, man checking us in was friendly, kept his cool as the line got bigger and the key issues.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. When the night clerk was told my wife had knee issues he changed our second floor room to one on the first floor. Room was clean but carpets and flooring in the hallways were threadbare and chipped.
