Love the environment, kids are really happy, would love to go again during summer. the only down side is since the room has carpet and pet friendly there is smell at first.

Comfortable and decent location. Clean and close to Mission Beach. Property well taken care of. Restaurant over priced service OK!!
5.0
The resort itself is delightful (and you could be happy not even leaving the property) but it's proximity to the beach walks and all the energy of the area is also amazing!
Rooms were large. Enjoyed playing tennis and having the a small beach right at hand.

This hotel is stuck in the early 2000s. The tv was satellite and only had 50 channels. Not to mention there was a black line down the center of the screen. There was a banging through the night along with other random noises. Not sure if it was housekeeping going by with carts early or not, but it was each morning. Housekeeping came but only made the bed. They did not replace anything we used (coffee, toiletries, towels, etc). For the price (300+\night) this hotel was not worth it. We will not be staying here again.

Very Clean, great location, nice staff. Issues with the room: not enough lighting and the heat/AC unit is extremely loud (probably very old)

Amazing staff! Prime location and truly lovely.

The resort is beautiful. Our room was quiet and had a beautiful view. The staff was so friendly and helpful, this will be where we stay when we visit San Diego in the future. Also, the location was perfect.

Nice hotel on the beach but the room was very noisy, couldn't sleep past 6 any day. I thought being on the water away from any street noise would be very quite but between delivery trucks and maid/resort services starting at 6 am just couldn't get enough rest. Maybe another room elsewhere on the property would have been quieter. Otherwise a nice hotel.

A little disappointed that they have not refunded the deposit for charges at the resort which did not use. It is almost a week since we stayed and the charge has not been refunded back into my account as they said it would be when we checked in.
Also parking was an issue when they had other events at the property.

We booked a non-smoking bay view suite and were given a partial view room above smokers whose smoke easily traveled from their patio to our balcony and living room area. The trash bin in the living room still has the previous occupants waste. We immediately reported the issue but we’re not offered a better room. The restaurant was under staffed so the service took longer than usual to be seated and get breakfast. The staff at the front lobby are professional and helpful and the game room and scavenger hunt were fun for the kids. We tried calling room service twice from the hotel room phone but they never answered. One of the calls was rerouted to the lobby who just rerouted us back to room service who still didn’t answer.

Easy check-in and great customer service. Very family friendly.

I had a few issues with the room. It smelled weird, had a broken towel rack in the bathroom with a screw poking out, the AC didn't support the room and was often warm, and housekeeping didnt visit the room at all during our stay for 3 nights so I had to call to get new towels. It was definitely not up to "resort" standards.
I was also charged $80 for towels because they stated we didnt return them even though we did.

My husband and I decided to do a “staycation” at the Bahia for our 16th Wedding Anniversary. We enjoyed the property and what it has to offer. I would highly recommend this resort.

It was great location!!

Our room didn’t look like housekeeping had come in when we checked in. The location is beautiful, but it is not near anything.

This property was very relaxing and I enjoyed walking through the resort. Super chill with good vibes.

We really enjoyed our room and the staff. The food at the restaurant was great. It was nice to be so close to Mission beach so that we could walk to it whenever we chose to.
6.0
The price was way too high for how outdated the rooms are. Having the bay right outside your door was nice though.
8.0
The carpets needed replacing, and the air conditioner was noisy. The place was ok, but for the price it needs a face-lift.

Room with no view very expensive.

The property wasnt good, the balcony was leaking water and there was an excessive amount of noise. Wastn easy to find parking. The assistant manager/manager was very rude.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great for those that are looking for a place to stay that’s close to the beach. Overall an amazing place to stay and will be staying here for my next trip to San Diego.

Great options for families and lots to do. Rooms were dated and smelled a bit funny when we first got in. Improved after opening the window for a while. Service was great. Overall a good trip, I would stay again if the price remains reasonable.

The location is perfect. We were worried because we saw reviews that said that there was a smell to the room, however for us the experience was nothing but the best. The place is clean and great for families. My child keeps asking when we are going back to our hotel home to San Diego. I think this place will be our stay when we come to San Diego again.

Fantastic location with great staff. You’ve probably stayed in a nicer hotel but there wasn’t anything wrong with the suite we had in the tower that overlooked mission bay. Staff and service was excellent. Within an easy walk to Mission Beach.

Restaurant worst ever.

The pictures make it seem like a complete beauty but does not look like this in person. For the price we paid I felt like we were staying at a very low quality hotel. If I would have known this I would have paid less money to stay somewhere else.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Parking was a bit frustrating. For the beach view rooms, perhaps assigning a space to a room. Otherwise. Great stay!
