It was not horrible staff were awesome, the view sucked, breakfast was excellent, they could dust there were quit a bit of cobwebs, beds are not that comfortable but other that pretty nice stay.

The staff was nice and it was clean. But the linen closet was right outside our room and everytime a house keeper opened the door they would let it slam behind them and woke us up. The second day was better because the front desk staff talked to them, but they went right back to letting it slam the next morning. I dont want to be woken up by slamming doors while I am trying to enjoy vacation with my family!

Location was nice, close to Spokane Valley mall and breakfast was good. It did take a while for our room to cool off but to be fair it was 100° outside. Check-in was very smooth and easy and staff was very nice. Only cons were bathroom shower floor was very slippery and the freezer in the fridge was dirty it needed the ice defrosted and cleaned out.

Please note that we booked a room for 4 ppl and after we got to our room we realized the pull out bed was for only one person. We asked the front desk but they advised that they had no roll away beds. So we had no where for our son to sleep. In the end we made a bed for him on the floor with pillows and the couch cushions. So note that all of the couch beds only sleep 1. Hotels.com has this incorrect on their site. Management was apologetic but the hotel was full and they could not provide us with anything else but a bed on the floor. Made out of cushions and pillows. Breakfast was good. The hotel was very loud. I could hear the elevator dinging and people talking… also could hear the people above us walking. Definitely did not have a good sleep. Hotel is renovated though and in good condition.

The location was convenient and easy to get to. There was lots of shopping, restaurants, lounges, and other businesses very close. The rooms were clean and the facility had a nice breakfast buffet. The only issue we had was that the mattress of the sofa sleeper was horrible as you could feel the springs through the mattress.

I was really quite impressed with the Fairfield Inn. It was amazingly clean, fresh and comfortable. Also the room was quite peaceful and quiet, there were no distracting noises from adjoining rooms, which I have experienced at other hotels. This was well worth the little extra. I will definitely go to Fairfield Inn again when in Spokane

This property is great because it’s so close to many things. The rooms were decent and updated. Front desk staff was always friendly and kind! The hot tub had tons of chlorine crystals in the bottom so when jets were turned on my eyes burned so bad.

The property was nice and the breakfast was very nice. Waffles, bacon, eggs every thing for breakfast was great. even the coffee was good. I gave only 4 stars for clean because at first glance the room appeared clean except the random used cup in the shower. I gave 2 stars for staff and service because when I checked in the girl at the desk seemed frustrated that I didn't use the card reader fast enough. Sorry I was on the road for 6 hours, I was tired. When we and another group of people got back after 11pm we used our key card to get in and apparently that was the wrong thing to do cause we were berated and humiliated by the man at the front desk for not using the phone.

Five of us stayed for one of our kid's birthday party. Rooms were very nice and spacious. King sized bed was incredibly hard.

Will not stay here again. We stayed in a room that had a king bed and a fold out couch. The bed was caved in the middle and uncomfortable. The fold out mattress was TERRIBLE, pretty sure I woke up with spring imprints in my back and hips. Our room had a single toilet paper roll that was almost empty when we arrived, I had to go ask for more right away. I was also disturbed by the coffee maker being stored in the bathroom on the counter. We chose this hotel because of the pool and hot tub and it was close to where we needed to be. The hot tub was not clean and the pool room was uncomfortably warm. The staff weren’t extremely welcoming or friendly, with the exception of a lady that checked us in and a gentleman that helped us with directions. If you would like to stay down town where the safety of your car is questionable, you like the sound of trains and sirens all night long, and enjoy a warm musty room, this is the place for you!
