Other than all the extra charges, like for parking, wifi, breakfast, etc., I would not know this was a Marriott. I've been on a two week trip, and my room at this hotel was not even as nice as the Baymont Inns and other lower-end hotels I was staying at. The bed was very nice, but most beds in hotels are. The bathroom and shower were cramped. The shower only had barely warm water, even at the highest setting, there was no microwave - just one for the entire floor near the ice machine (embarrassing for a higher end hotel. The parking lot was dark with limited lighting. There was security, which is nice, but that must not have worked well, because this morning I saw broken glass where there must have been a break in last night. The first time I was exiting the parking, I didn't know exactly how to use my room key to open the gate. I called for someone but no one ever answered. I finally figured it out.

A shuttle to the international airport would be great Connecting at domestic terminal Inconvenient if you fly international Front desk is great Bar needs supervision and more professionalism. No one at times especially after 10:30/11pm. Bar closes Midnight so should be staffed till closure. Breakfast service great

I paid extra on the Expedia app for balcony Room that I reserved two weeks before leaving which means I paid before I got there. The young lady had the nerve to argue with me about how I made it late for check in time and they gave my room away and there was nothing I can do about it I Wasn’t even issued a refund from the hotel or Expedia was horrible service

First time having to deal with the Atlanta airport. This hotelwas close, clean and reasonably priced. I also really appreciated the staff's input on dealing with the airport and our shuttle driver was AWESOME. Also note that I was dropping off my daughter at the airport and was able to ride the shuttle with her and then come back to the hotel, this made life so much easier at 5:30am!! Would def reccomend and this would be my first choice in ATL.

We had a room next to elevator. Very noisy so they moved us to another room with no questions asked. That room had even more elevator noise, so they moved us again. This time room was very quiet. Staff was extremely helpful. Rooms are very nice.

It's one of the worst-run airports I've had the misfortune to experience. Nobody does anything to assist customers, and nobody cares. There is far too much walking and poor signage.

Friendly staffs with nice facilities. Love they have Starbucks on the 1st floor. Gym is open for 24 hours and also a few dining options are available. Thers was only one thing I would like to share my concerns: sustainability. You might want to consider replacing the individual soap bars with refillable handsoap dispensers. Also, please don't pre-warm up or cool down the room during housekeeping. The guests can adjust the room temperature upon their arrival. I feel bad too to see the AC had been turned on for almost an entire day when nobody's there. Other than that, I am over all satisfied with my stay.

The only con in the stay was the vending vending machine. None of them work properly. Thanks to a nice lady a the front desk during that night who help me with this situation.
