Great stay. SER was excellent and the lady by bar. Definitely felt like Christmas.

The property overall was not in a bad location, but also not the most appealing location. The room is somewhat outdated compared to the price, but the hotel itself has some nice features. Breakfast was great. Large room, but still expected updated bed and bathroom, or updated shower separate from tub. A nice getaway from the kids, but expected more for the price.

Everything was amazing except the mattress in our room. It was not comfortable. I did not mind paying $4.00 for an apple for breakfast. The Hotel was great except the mattress.

Great conference hotel situated in lovely green space. Liked all the art throughout.

Makhara was extremely rude to my husband and needs to complete some remedial training on how to interact with hotel visitors.

Hotel was amazing

Hotel is outstanding in all areas except one. The prices in their little coffee/cafe/pool areas are outrageous...really outrageous. Be prepared to spend large sums of money if you are hungry or thirsty.

Fridge didn’t worked! Bed was not made. Looks like a working was relaxing at work on the clock! Signs of poor management! Would come back, rather go to Omni or Marriott

Clean and The sheets smelled good which I appreciate

Everything was great, except when sitting on the toilet, it rocked side to side. I told the front desk about the issue.
Food is expensive as was the room!
Cost to park is OUTRAGEOUS!!

The hotel rooms and pool were over rated and over priced. The public spaces were excellent though.

My flight was rescheduled and I wasn’t going to arrive until the next day. I called the hotel and they called the front desk to tell them that I wouldn’t arrive that day, but rather the next day. They assured me I would still have my room when I arrived. When I showed up the next day, I learned that I had been marked as a ‘no show’ and my room was gone. Very frustrating when you have two young kids who have already had a long and bumpy travel day already.

TV had spotty reception even after maintenance replaced remote. No local or national stations, some HBO that worked. Doesn't seem like a resort should have this problem

Property was nice and the service wasn't bad. Waited 45 minutes at check-in while the clerk was in the back with his manager. When he finally returned and we pressed for an explanation he stated that they didn't have a room and had to figure out what to do. Reservation had been made and paid for 2 weeks earlier.

We brought our kids here to visit the water park, Jadewaters. This is one of the few good things I have to say about our experience.
The hotel was dated, there was hair all over the bathroom floor at check in, and the bathtub had some questionable stains. Definitely what you would expect when you pay almost 2k for 3 nights.
If you want sleep, don’t stay Friday-Sunday nights. The people downstairs were screaming and hollering until 4-5am. They were running up and down the hallways and banging on doors. When I messaged the front desk my response was “I will alert security”. Nothing happened. The noise continued. Mind you we had a 6 and 2 year old asleep in our room. I even asked if we could cancel our last night and get our money back due to the noise and our response was no because we booked through a third party.
We will not be back to this hotel. I find it absolutely ridiculous to pay this amount of money for a room just to be kept up all night and the hotel staff not doing anything about it.

Everything was great. Clean. Staff was nice. Jade Pool experience was great. All of it except you made us pay for PUBLIC parking. That’s a shame. To end such a good stay on something as trivial at that. You have a million spaces. You charge over $300/night. $6 for a small orange juice. $11 a bagel. Then you charge $37 to park our car? Not valet. Just a normal parking space in your lot that holds likely of hundreds of spaces. Shame on you. We are avid travelers and local staycationers. But we will never stay here again just for that. That’s just greedy. I’d rather you add an extra $37 to our room rate… than see that.

I was a little disappointed that the pool and food options where so limited. The room i felt was overpriced because we had a view, well that view was a roof and a parking lot. The bathroom was so small, closing the door for use was ridiculous. The staff however where all very nice and helpful when we did talk to them or went to the Median and or the pool bar. The pool said it closed at 9pm, but why close the bar at 5 or 6pm and then turn off the music, block the rest of the pool area and no staff, no waiters and the pool side food was over priced and meant for kids, with no other options to choose from.

Really enjoyed the stay here. From the moment we walked in the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and simple. Enjoyed two days at JadeWater and an evening cocktail at SER. Will be recommending!

Great way to spend our anniversary. Only downside is that we could hear a crying child in the room next to us.

The Ser restaurant was fantastic. John Michael was an amazing waiter. The food was delicious. Wonderful experience at Hilton Anatole.

Very nice hotel. Only recommendation I have is when you check in, make sure your parking is paid for by the day and your hotel room key will work for the parking gate or you will have to pay everytime you leave the hotel in your vehicle.

Overall the experience in the hotel was phenomenal.
Improvements (facilities):
If you can add at least 1side fan or simple fan in each room as sometimes it becomes suffocating in the room, which may cause anxiety or nausea(as there's no passage for air).

My family stays here often, but due to poor taste in management decisions we will take our business to Great Wolf Lodge and will never stay here again. What a drastic decline.

I got cheated on a booking that I did not make my card was used and I tried to work with the Hotel and with you guys and you guys still are charging me. I have the police report and hoping that when the bank investigates it, you guys will do the right thing and help me.

Room with no window. Uncomfortable. It would be respectful if this information was included in the reservation description. They told me that they could move me to a room with a window for a price.
Parking was charged and information was not included either. Description was not accurate.

We stayed in the older, main tower. It was very hot. Our AC in the room was set to blow on high and on the lowest temp setting. It was still very warm and blowing cool, not cold air. The rooms were older and there was hair in the tub, but it was clean everywhere else. Just very overpriced for an outdated, uncomfortable room.

Great service, bathroom walls thin. Could hear the conversation of neighbor in bathroom. Beautiful suite.

Nothing to rant and rave about, this place could use a lot of improvement
