We didn't stay. Walked into the room and towels were on the floor and trash in the trash cans. The bed wasn't clean

The staff was amazing

The location was excellent and the room size is good.
The rooms are old and not updated and the customer service is fair. The valets don’t make an effort to open the hotel doors and are idle at the desk chatting or looking at their phones.
Housekeeping is late in the day. At 1 pm, I requested housekeeping and I was told by the front desk that housekeeping had a “schedule” and would get to me by 5 pm. The woman at the front desk said they couldn’t accommodate me earlier.

Hotel as such should provide WiFi included not $15 per day.

all the omni team very attentive.
after 10:00 pm many noises of people moving in the corridor, a noise of knocking on the window during the night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The facilities were extremely outdated . The cost was way too much for the facility.

Very convenient, close to restaurants
Elevator wasn’t working properly at all times. Has a musty smell upon entering the lobby.

The workers and free parking.
I really appreciated the gentleman at the front desk who gave us a upgrade to our room, due to the fact the room I booked was leaking water and other one was still not ready when I checked in. On the booking.com when I check Omni Las Colinas, it tells us it has free Wi-Fi, however it asked us to pay $15 for one day of Wi-Fi. The pool was closed even though that was the most thing we were looking forward to. Moreover, when we went to the room, we still saw some trash and empty Coke-zero can in our room and someone’s receipt…. My boyfriend used to work there as a chef so we were very looking forward to the hotel, but I think things change and we were very disappointed in over all experience of the hotel.

Nothing. Place is my top choice to stay there and will continue to do so in future

The staff was exceptionally friendly and the common areas were all beautiful. The view from the 19th floor was very nice.
The rooms could use some love, they’re a bit outdated, bedding/towels were uncomfortable and although the room was gigantic- there was limited lighting.

The view, the breakfast, the area.
No microwave, no modern accommodations in the room including but not limited to no USB, no free WiFi, no User friendly TV (being a millennial technology is easy, but these TVs were unreal), poorly working fridge with no freezer, and maybe 20% of the power outlets in the room worked consistently. Wanted a room that wasn't furnished around the cold war era, given a fancy name, and sold for 300 a night as a suite when it was small, and the only thing going for it was the view, which was only moderately redeeming

The facilities, staff, service, and amenities are top-notch - everything one would expect from an Omni. Views and location are fantastic, with guests able to walk by the river, sit by a bonfire in the evenings, and look at the water.
The hotel policy is to attractively price rooms and hit the customer with add-on charges. Internet is just under $15.00/day for "premium," and self-parking is slightly higher if I remember correctly; these policies bother me as a consumer.

The view with the balcony was great. The room was very spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful and courteous.
I expected a little more for the price per night it had. Like updated walls, and flooring.

Very clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable including bed, beautiful bathroom amenities, nice views, good restaurant and friendly, helpful and professional staff.
we arrived late because of flight delights and restaurant and room service was not available.
Would like room service until 12 midnight or 11 pm.

Room was bigger than usual hotel room. Bathroom was excellent. The large view windows were great for the views of the lake and the surrounding condos. The Flossie's restaurant was delicious and the service good.Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful.
It is about time to update the furnishings and the decor. The room is a bit drab by todays standards. The $25 parking fee is a bit excessive and then you tip the attendant on top of that.
