All the switches the plug stuff into didn't work they're very old the hotel needs to be tore down and rebuilt it's very very old. But there's nothing wrong with old but if you're not going to maintain it properly to where the people that stay there don't have access to be able to plug in your phones or their laptop because everything is not working that's an issue in the ironing board when we plugged that in it sparked and almost caused a fire and I won't even get into that it took us 4 hours to get towels after we checked in

The experience generally is ok. However, the Bathroom condition is getting tired not good. The shower head is not working well when I want to turn to rain shower. The bathtub handheld shower also not working and don't have any indication how to use it.

Stayed in Dusit many times but this time I was given a very old room. Even the coating on the bat tub is peeling off. The air conditioning cannot be controlled properly. So it’s either no AC or Cold

It was a club premier room. At 8:30am housekeeping woke us up to check on minibar consumption. Check out time was 12noon. After breakfast at 10:30am the access key to our room did not work anymore. It took the hotel staff 2 hours to provide access to our room. I hosted a dinner at Benjarong at 8:30pm and pre-selected dishes a day before the dinner. At 8:30pm our table was not ready and pre-selected menu arrived 9:15pm

I used to like staying with Dusit. However, this time, I'm quite disappointed. Service was not there to the point that housekeeping even forgot to put any towel in my bathroom. Housekeeping was terrible, the only saving grace is the team at The Pantry. Food was very good and all the staff were very attentive. I appreciate Cherisse, Fina, Edito, Macky and the guys at the cooking station who made extra effort. The reception and housekeeping were both a disappointment. The rooms should be upgraded as noticed most of the elements are breaking down or not properly done, like the toilet door, cabinet door, etc.

Have stayed here few years ago. Rooms are comfortable though buildings are now serving as your view. Place is clean but it’s showing the need for some updating maybe(?). Love the Taho during breakfast.

The air conditioning in the room did not work well and the fan barely produced any air. I called maintenance and the guy told me they had installed low speed fans and it was working as good as it could. I have been in commercial air conditioning for 50 years and they could have at least made up a better story. this was a total fabrication. This facility could save substantial energy cost by doing proper air conditioning maintenance.

Fantastic stay at the Dusit Thani in Manila, the hotel is very secure with security at the front, scanning bags and people on entry. Reception is friendly and welcoming, I arrived early at 11am and they really made the effort to call housekeeping to see if by chance any rooms were ready. Housekeeping were so friendly, greeting guests whenever we passed. Room was spacious and clean. Nice pool and gym area.

Excellent business hotel. I have stayed here multiple weeks in total the last couple of years. The service is great, the rooms are spacious and aircon works flawlessly well. The gym is large and well equipped. The breakfast buffet has something that would suit most people. Shower Water pressure a bit low but hot water is okay. I will stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here, check in was awesome as we were allowed early check in and had an upgrade. Although the exterior of the property is visibly showing its age, the interior is still nice and clean, rooms have nice amenities and comfortable. Cleaning staff are courteous are friendly, concierge allowed us to leave our luggage after check out while waiting for our ride. Food at the Pantry was great. Location of hotel is a big plus.

Great hotel, good location and service was extremely pleasant! Super clean throughout! TV channel options for movies the aren’t best though so if you want to relax and watch movies in your room after a long day in Manila, your options are limited.

Second time staying at Dusit and the stay was excellent. The service, cleanliness, location and breakfast are all top notch. The only negative this I have to say is that the bed is too hard for my liking. It wasn't too hard the first time I stayed at Dusit, so I'm not sure what changed. Overall would 5/5 recommend.

The shower head & bed should be replaced in their new capex. Water pressure from the shower head was not strong enough. Bed was way too soft & used that it was arched in the middle only after 1 night of sleep. I am only a 70kg. Unpleasant sleep experience.

Love this property, close to the airport great security and has the best gym at any resort that I have stayed and the restaurants here on the property their food is excellent, and great room service, did i mention a huge mall with everything only a 5 minute walk!

The security was rude to my girlfriend. She came late, the security at the back didn't allow her to come in because she doesn't know the room number. When she's finally allowed to go in, one of the staffs approached us and took her id. It's very uncomfortable.
