Room was spotless. They accomodated my request for no comforter & provided 4 topsheets due to sensitive skin. My only request was to provide more rolls of toilet paper.
Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices to suit different palates.

I enjoyed the stay. The hotel is slightly older, but it was clean. I would stay again!
Great breakfast!

Very old hotel look to be suffering from post Covid lack of business.
Pool area closed, very poor gym, credit cards not working in reception (but in restaurants). Nothing wrong with credit cards. Not good enough.
Looked 30% closed and not even draft beer in bar although saying on menu

Staff can be a bit friendly and I was disappointed when I went down to the restaurant for our breakfast, we were stopped (which is embarrassing) by the hotel staff due to communication and mismanage system as telling that room was only paid by one! I but later clarified! will be fine by that supposedly but the way they talk to me is so humiliating - that is so rude!!
Some staff need to undergo training to enhance people skills/communication and compare to other 4 star hotel, staff need to be more welcoming (receptionist). Housekeeping staff are really good
The place needs an update and I think if you are in a budget - this will be okish, but don’t expect any extras compare to any 4 star hotel within the area.

Worn down, dated hotel, with sub-par food, moldy rooms, and failing systems.
On my first night, there was a loud pop in the entry, shortly later water was coming out of the ceiling. I immediately called to report this. 25 minutes later I called again. Same response, “we will send someone soon”. At this point I had placed towels on the floor and was using the waste basket as a bucket - this is how much water was coming out! Almost 30-minutes after the second call, two technicians show up and stop the waterfall. They dumped the water in the shower and placed the waste basket back on top of the wet towels and left. No clean up, and the hotel never sent anyone to clean up either. I pushed the dirty, wet towels into the hallway and went to bed. I had been up for almost 20 hours at this point and just wanted to go to sleep.
The hotel never came to clean up. Never replaced the towels I used to clean up the room, and never addressed any of this me.
Then, when you (try to) leave, you must wait in the lobby while housekeeping checks your room before you’re given a permission slip to leave. You cannot get out the door with luggage without security asking you for this slip.
Clearly the wrong hotel choice for me.

Good location, close to the airport. Great food but the receptionist in the restaurant was very arrogant and disrespectful. Forgot to get her name.

All encountered employees were pleasantly attentive from lobby, front desk, Cafe in d Park, guest room and check out. Just positively had a great stay. Bathroom drainage needs maintenance.

The room was stuffy and we all had bad allergies with coughing, sneezing and nasal congestion! Asthma can be triggered! We transferred to another hotel and didn’t even last 15 mins in the room!

I love their buffet selection and excellent services. Very accommodating in all areas. It would be nice to to do some remodeling in the room. But overall it’s good and would like to go back again. Tnx

we have stayed in Century Park for over 9 years, sometimes for a couple of months, it has the nice character of an older hotel, with updated facilities and rooms which modern places dont create and good rates with friendly staff.

Never forget to use Expedia as there is no refund available at this hotel because you are suffering from serious illness. Otherwise, Expedia asked for a medical certificate that the hotel requested, but it turned out to be a lie. And you do not have access to mail correspondence between the hotel and Expedia. I lost over DKK 3,000 by purchasing through Expedia. Think as probably the hotel would reimburse, but the truth did not emerge. “No refund” ...., last time I used Expedia ..., book direct !!!!

I did not like, and called manager to complain, that my room wifi failed at about 2 to 3 p.m. It is essential to my stay that i remain connected. It was never repaired. they said they would send a technician and they never did. i departed at 7:30 p.m. to change hotels and find a new hotel. i request a refund for my 2nd night that I did not stay

I like that it is convenient to the airport and close to SM and Harrison plaza but it is now closed. Not sure if it’s closed permanently or for renovation. I really do hope they will open again as it is the main reason I stay in this hotel when visiting Manila.

Staffs are helpful and good services. One minor disappointment is we requested for a quiet room, away from swimming pool but we still got a room near swimming pool. We had to go back to reception and changed the room.

It would have been better if i was provided a queen bed rather than 2 single beds - too crowded to move around.
