If you like a clean room, with clean linens, a secure entryway, no holes in the walls, no cigarette burns in the beds and pillows, this is NOT the place for you. The small sleeper sofa was broken as well.
The Mexican place across the street was great!

I stayed Friday Saturday and Sunday night. First night T.V remote wouldn't work and phone in room has been ripped from the wall. Saturday evening there was a large gathering of people having a cookout (which was perfectly fine) it carries on though and the partied with loud music and loud screaming laughing conversations untill after 1:30am at which point I finally feel asleep due to exhaustion.

Room is decent but tub was brown and shower curtain was disgusting.
Luckily we were only there for one night to sleep but would have never used the shower!!!
Beds were comfy but only 1 very thin pillow provided per. (Well 2 per bed)
Definitely had a “stuffy” smell but not the worse I’ve stayed in.

Older motel that has had some updating. Front office and breakfast area . The room I had was clean and had been painted, new floors. Beds were clean and comfy. I checked every where for bugs etc. as I do anywhere I go. It was fine. Few people smoking weed outside early in the morning. That didn’t bother me. Over all not bad for what we paid. Not fancy. Probably use to a tougher motel. But can tell someone has tried to give it new life

I arrived late 12am in the morning. The person that checked me in was very young his appearance gave the indication of 12/13 years old . As hard as he tried to understand my license it was clear he was struggling. After a few min. a lady and gentleman walked around the corner. He was the night guy and was able to help. The hallway up to rooms had paint drips. The rooms were clean. Check out I was not able to get a receipt not sure if it was a commutation problem or if his printer was down

Some people may thumb their nose at this hotel. We return EVERYTIME because of the amazing customer service there. The gentleman, Leonard, is ALWAYS so friendly. His service dog is such a sweetheart. My recent visit i accidentally left my breast cancer blanket in the room after check out. 6 hrs went by and i just realized i forgot it. My heart sunk to my stomach due to my mom. I called the hotel and Leonard went above and beyond and found my blanket. This meant the world to me. We will for sure be back!!!! Thank you so such Leonard!!!!!

The manager refused to refund 2 days after I checked out early my mom put on hospice .. the only bright spot was the nice lady checking me in …..room had burnt holes in sheets , stinked , bathroom bath tub terrible shape … but overall the manager being unavailable to my calls and not responding to Expedia is the worst ! Stay far away ….I will update if any change

AC unit very noisy. Towels were thin and old. Few TV channels available. Bath faucet difficult to operate. Room had a musty smell, maybe had previous smokers.

The front desk was nice and that’s about the only thing I can say nice about this place. I was staying for business as I had a horse show for 4 days. The room had black paint stains and it was so sticky I had to wear my slippers the entire time! There is a 2 inch gap under the front door that you can see the outside and bugs were just walking in!! I saw 4 ROACHES one in the bathroom and 1 in the “closet area” and 2 in the room. They were tiny young ones they looked like. I got no towels the entire stay. (4 days 3 nights) and when I went to the front to get some they were out and only had hand towels. I had several people lurking outside my door on several occasions. The first night there was a man outside my door late at night (after 11) and my service dog alerted me to his presence. Then on the last night, there was at least 3 people (one female and 2 males) that were smoking weed, being completely inconsiderate, loud and making me extremely uncomfortable. This went on ALL night. Even when I got up at 4am they were outside the room directly above mine still outside and making noise.
What made this very scary is I am a single female and the room door had one lock and it did have a small barring mechanism but it had been ripped out of the metal door jam several times already because you could see the screw holes where they had moved it 2 times already. It was loose and all it would take is a decent kick. The top sheet on the bed had stains. the bathroom floor gross

One of the worst quality inns I’ve ever stayed at. There are much better options for the money in Aiken.
I found:
Paint on the floor
Cigarette burn in the comforter
Gross tile in the bathroom

Bed was comfortable but the bathroom needed updating and the shower knob was broken. Everything seemed very old and run down.

We stayed here on 4/9/24 before spending a day at the Masters. The owner and his son checked us in and couldn't have been more kind or eager to please. It was obvious that they take pride in their hotel and are working hard to make sure you have a pleasant stay.
As a veteran Masters attendee I have stayed in multiple hotels and know that is a challenge to find a reasonably priced hotel that is also clean. Prices can run $750 for a standard hotel that any other time of the year would run $150 a night. When you check in after 10 pm and leave by 6:30 am I cannot bring myself to pay that kind of rate for 8 hour stay with a hot shower. I felt that Quality Inn was reasonably priced at $275/night and a good value. It is an easy 30 minute drive to Augusta National, take the back road and go to the South Gate via Berckmans Rd.
Pros: Inn Keeper cares and is eager to make your stay pleasant. Rooms have all been recently repainted, new flooring put in, new counter top, was clean.
Cons: It is an older hotel so a simple set up with a basic room. Fine for what we needed and wanted to pay.
Thank you for a comfortable and safe nights sleep!

Room was dirty and broken down like a cheap motel. It looked an old cheap motel. The pictures advertised were completely misleading and false.

Manager was very courteous and friendly. Check in went great, room was clean, bed was very comfortable but it had the traditional flat pillows. No neck support here. The bath was clean and shower was nice n hot. Hotel was dated and needed painting inside and out. The breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, waffles and assorted cereals and yogurt.

The sheets and the bed were clean. The floor was ok, but there were mystery holes in the wall, and the tub was disgusting. This hotel definitely needs updating. I guess for the price you get what you pay for. This hotel is in better condition than alot of hotels in Aiken. If i was in desperate need i'd only return because of the fact that the sheets are clean

We stayed for a baseball camp at USC Aiken, it was convenient to the school and online pictures looked good. Hotel is in need of serious makeover. Floors were dirty, bathtub was gross and the towels had stains on them. Honestly it felt a tad unsafe as well.

The stay was okay. Folks (and service dogs at evening) registration and breakfast were friendly. We were given a room that was newly painted, so had the paint fumes to deal with. Said something at front desk about it. They ionized/oxidized the room, which helped a little bit. They were willing to give us a new room but kept stressing they knew guests did not like to move if unnecessary. Breakfast was okay. It was the basics (eggs, meat, cereal, some fruit, coffee, and juice). One day there was a confrontation between guests and staff that we heard. Earlier that morning down the street, cops chased down a guy. I do believe I will try the Quality Inn on the other side of Aiken instead of staying here again.

We requested a non-smoking room. The room we got did not smell good or have a clean smell. Cigarette butts we're on the balcony and on the stairwell.
There was a cigarette burn on the bedspread and lipstick stain on the sheets.

Older hotel…cigarette burns on bedspread (non smoking room), peeling shower/tub, and moldy shower curtain. Staff was helpful. About what I expected for $80 a night.

Our room smelt like somebody had been smoking weed in it. We notified the front desk and they moved us to a handicap room. They informed us that this was the only room available. That room was not up to standard but we made it workable. We stayed out of it much as possible. It was dusty, the towels were dingy and the paint in bath tub was pealing and one of the sheets on the bed had burns, and the bedspread was very wrinkle.
