The receptionist during the night was friendly and helpful.
The room was very dirty...
There was black hairs all over the bathtub and a dirty handprint on the wall of the shower.
The sheets had multiple cigarette burns
We requested a smoke free room and everything smelled like cigarettes.
In the early morning we seen roaches.
Went for breakfast at 8:30 am and there was nothing out except coffee....I grab a coffee for my husband and it's filled with coffee grinds.

No breakfast
The non smoking policy is not enforced. The first nonsmoking room was terrible. the second was still bad.

Wasn't any that I saw.
I was there for 3 nights and no one from housekeeping ever entered my room. I had to go to the desk and ask for clean towels. I will never book a room there again. Absolutely the worst customer service ever!

I stayed 1 night got charged for 3 then the front desk wants to argue with me about not giving me my money back do not use a card there you will get ripped off. Now I have to go to the bank get a print out then take further action. Did I not mention each bank drafts where different amounts.

Room was dirty and smelled. I booked hete because the web site said they accepted up to 3 dogs.aftet a 10 hour trip I pulled in to be told no dogs.I explained that I booked thru econ lodge toll free # and was guaranteed a dog room. They heamed but finally agreed to give me a room. They then proceeded to charge me additional $45 knowing I had no place to go at9:30 at night. They made me park my U-haul in back where homeless people were sleeping on the ground. The next morning I went to the office to get the advertised continental breakfast. Surprise, not even coffee was available. Drive fast past this rat trap.
