Other than a lack of parking it was grat

I knew I would be getting to the hotel later at night. My biggest concern in addition to cleanliness was the ability to fall asleep. There was no noise from neighbouring rooms. Bed was comfortable and room very clean.

Quick and easy, room felt clean, had to park in a different lot. Would stay again

We had to switch rooms in the middle of the night because we saw two mice in the room and it freaked us out. They were very nice about moving rooms and helped with our luggage but seemed unfazed by mice in the room.

Whitehorse is a great place to visit and probably to live. The hotel is right on the main drag close to shopping, restaurants, coffee, shops, etc..

No parking except on the street. Don't leave anything in the car if you want to keep it. Lots of folks with questionable intentions around. Oh and if you try to get your money back through Expedia good luck cancelling the reservation. They make that process almost impossible.

Everything about the hotel itself is okay - but it is advertised that there is onsite parking… but that is incorrect. The parking was 2 blocks away with no camera system and we were told that the area is safe “most of the time”. I am traveling cross county and I chose this hotel because it advertised onsite parking.
Rooms were clean and tidy.

When we arrived the staff were friendly although they didn’t tell us about the hidden $300 fee that was completely ridiculous. Our room was nice but the sheets had some stains, there was trash on the floor hidden. And they had me sign a waiver stating that whatever amenities we used we had to pay for. Also the parking was very inconvenient as I am pregnant. There was parking out front but the meters would’ve started charging us after 9am. Definitely a stressful night. And wouldn’t recommend if your traveling with kids.

This is our second stay and it was great both times. Very comfortable beds and located in a great area next to shopping and restaurants.

Good location. Fine value for money compared to other options in Whitehorse.

The hotel is ok. It is extremely old. You have to park on the side streets in the middle of downtown. The floors creek when you walk on them. The windows & walls are very thin as you can hear everything. They have complimentary earplugs on the bedstand so must have had complaints already.

The parking lot was across the street from the hotel. It didn't appear to be the safest area. We were given incorrect information about a close fast-food option supposedly open late. Breakfast was good but pricey.

Great pub, Jacuzzis were great. Lots of noise from the construction.

Akshita was a wonderful front desk host, very helpful and informative. Sahil and Tarin were great barter and servers in the restaurant and the food was excellent! Room was clean and comfortable for our overnight need.

My review may sound like a complaint, but it isn't. It is just my thoughts during my two-night stay. Some I found annoying, others impractical and as I listened to other guests, too... uncomfortable. While the hotel has strived to be "chic" and upscale, it seemed impractical in light of little attention given to more necessary features in accommodations. Real coffee cups and saucers, fancy coffee filters (no tea)... large on counter bathroom sink... Touches like these are nice, but unless you are over 5'5" that sink is too high and left no room to put anything on the counter. I was annoyed by having NO outlet available to charge my devices. I had to unplug the coffee items to free up two. There were only two outlets in the room and both were filled with TV, cable, coffee, lamp plugs. The cable only had a dozen or so channels "authorized" for viewing. The parking lot bothered me. It is down at the corner of the street and there is very little spaces. The unpaved ground was wet from snow and rain, made a muddy mess in the car. The lot is "protected" by a wobbly chain link fence that is left open on two sides. If the lot is full and it was, maneuvering is near impossible as there is no space at either end to go around because people "just parked". The room was insufferably hot. I turned off the thermostat, that helped some, but left the window opened when I was in the room. The room was very clean and all the front desk receptionists were VERY friendly and kind.

It’s expensive but it’s better than most of the hotels in town as far as being clean and the guy at and front desk that works the evening shift was great.

Great location but lots of homeless hanging around. Was spring time and there was lots of garbage and dirt in the streets - lots of dust storms.

Parking meters in front of hotel, and literally everywhere else....not impressed. It would have been nice to be alerted of their operational times and what app I needed before coming up.
For being an older building it is a little noisy but it isn't in bad shape, the food and staff make up for this!!!
