One of the reasons I booked it said it had a restaurant/bar and bar would be open until 11. We traveled got in Wednesday at 8:30 wanting to have a drink at bar they were closed when asked the lady at desk said it was dead so they closed! I ask for more towels she only had 2 and said come back later to get more but I did not feel like coming back later it was late. No free shuttle to Cowboys game either

My stay was acceptable, nothing special. The hotel did not offer anything complimentary amenities also the beds were not very comfortable. I have had better hospitality stay experience at super 8 and motel 6 even. Econo. Lodge.

Showed up at noon to see if early check in was available. The lady at the front immediately stated the policy of check out at 12 and check in at 3. There was no thought to check if a room was available or let me text you when a room is. Just a hard no and move on. Just made the whole stay kind of stink considering we were paying a premium on the room because of an event at ATT.

Our stay was great! The rooms were clean and the added toiletries are always a plus. The reception area had a great little coffee and tea area. The location to Globe Life was rather close, would defintely stay again.

This place is a hidden gem. Near the stadiums and 6 flags, yet quiet and reasonably priced. I had such a good stay in August, I rebooked for my stay in September, 3 weeks later.

Booked a King but got double queen. According to them that's just a "request." Which is silly. The room they gave me should be severely discounted because it's right next to their kitchen. About 6 in the morning you get to hear stuff banging off the walls and people talking loudly. The hotel offered an apology but no actual way to make it up. Certainly won't return.

My stay was 6 days house keeping is suppose to come on the 3rd day, house keeping did not come. 4th day house keeping came after I complained to front desk. That’s really my only complaint or never mind no I have one other they jack the price up when the Cowboys have a home game and the room or services offered are not $200 worthy

This was a GREAT STAY! There is a restaurant downstairs, it’s very quiet and peaceful. Great price and everything to me. When you get a day to sleep in and wake up at 10 am it’s still dark in your room so you can really rest. I love that

It was a great option picked after a concert. Bedroom was clean, bed were comfortable and check in was pretty simple. Property has a very laminated parking lot with plenty of spaces. If i have to say something negative is that did not offer breakfast.

If you are desperate then it is an okay place to stay but personally would not be my first choice. Though the front desk person was nice after having to change from a dirty room. The restaurant was out of food and not reliable. The place needs a lot of touch up paining and better cleaning of the shades etc.

Upon entering our room we realized it had not been cleaned. The bed was not made and the bedding was on the floor. The bayhroom also was not clean. We immediately went back to the counter and was assigned another room and given breakfast vouchers. We were going to a Dallas Wings game and the lady at the desk said a trolley would pick us up and gave us passes. After waiting 40 minutes for the trolley, I went back in and asked lady and she said they don’t pick up for Wings game, but beforehand had said they did and gave us trolley passes. So I had to drive to game.

The first night it was a hot ghetto mess! For hours there was a domestic dispute before the cops were called. From about 3am until 7 am across the hall from me. They weee so unprofessional didn’t call just randomly slipped a note under the door saying they will email a free Starbucks gift card. It’s been over a week still have yet to receive one.

I didn’t like the fact that we couldn’t stream Netflix or anything from the TV because they don’t connect to the internet. This is the 20th century we use internet for everything nobody watches local TV anymore.

The hotel is great. Very clean. Staff is very friendly and go the extra mile!! I have been jumping from hotel to hotel for 4 months now, for work, waiting to save enough to get a place. Of all the hotels I've stayed in, this is the best!! I can't afford to stay in nicer hotels very often. But next time I can, I will be staying here. Awesome 😎

Checked in and my neighbor had their music so loud you could hear it coming off the elevator and throughout the entire 2nd floor. I had to miss a few work calls because I was told there wasn't any other room available for me to book, when I could easily pull up the Sheraton App and Expedia App and see there were. Waited about 45 minutes to finally get into my room. I wouldn't stay here again, doesn't seem like they are efficient in when a guest can't check in they can maneuver something around. Front Desk Host told me several times she couldn't call them to turn the music down since she was checking in guests. A phone call takes about 12 seconds, so not sure why they couldn't handle both.

The location is very convenient for ballgames, shopping and Six Flags. We stayed for 3 days and having laundry facilities was very helpful. The price of the hotel was reasonable even though it does not include breakfast. Extra perks were very comfortable beds and the checkout time being 12:00 versus 11:00 at most hotels. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

Stayed for a weekend to catch a cowboys game. Noticed the next morning taking a shower there was mold in the shower. At that point wasn’t anyway to get another room since we were going to be gone all day. If there’s mold in one room I wouldn’t doubt there’s mold in multiple rooms if not all. Wouldn’t recommend staying there at all. Management was notified and never reached out the rest of our stay.
