Everything at this hotel was broken. Elevator was broken, Hot Tub and Pool were closed. 2nd flood Ice Machine was broken, Emergency exit on first floor was broken. TV required programming, I asked the staff and they said it didnt need internet to work, but it was asking for internet. Internet was intermittent and once I got the TV connected it worked, but would require me to exit to the home acreen, reselect the wifi and select my tv channel again every time the internet went out, which was about every 20 minutes. I diacoveres breakfast timea had changed, I missed breakfast by 5 minutes, everything had already been removed. The previous evening the store area, with sodas and snacks was roped off. When I called the marketing manager to complain I got the front desk, who said the manager was sick, when I asked about the marketing person they didnt say anything, and the front desk clerk said they had no permission to address any issues. Hotels.com called, front desk told him the same thing. I called Comfort Inn Choice members service, they contacted the hotel and were told the manager was unavailable.
Building had signs warning not to eat in rooms, not to stay more than 15 minutes past checkout or you will have extended stay fees, that breakfast hours were shortened. ect.. ect..
From reading previous reviews, the elevator has been broken for 8 months. The pool & hot tub doesn't appear to ever be open. And the internet issues have been going on for at least the last month.

Our stay was okay. No noise issues. The rooms do need thorough cleaning possibly updating & pest management since we found a dead roach in the bathroom. Hotel has definitely gone down the last years

Elevator was not working. Other than not accepting pets. It was comfortable.

Bed was comfortable and the hot water works great.. almost too good. The lobby was very nice but the elevators were out of service, Business/ computer room was not operational. Hotel needs lots of TLC which it looked like they may be in the process of.

I have some many complains! I book a room since like a month ago! Hours before checking in I receive a call letting me know that they didn't have a double bed available that if I was okay with a 1 king size bed with a sofa bed. I said that it was fine as we get there we check in mind you the elevators weren't working. So as we go in the room it had a horrible smell like if something had stayed wet for a long while. Then we noticed that the sofa was wet! And to top it off the carpet was completely wet as well! We let the front office know and all they said was that they didn't any other rooms and that the carpet had supposably been washed!
Oh and please update your photos hotel doesn’t look nothing like the photos!!! Never again!!!!

Honestly the worst stay in my experience so far. For starters, their elevator was out of service, which was not communicated to me prior to me booking my room on the third floor. Then, when I arrived and learned of this inconvenience, I was promised a room on the first floor the following day. When I came down to the front desk the next morning with all of my stuff, I was told by the next employee on shift that the promise should not have been made because they don’t have any rooms on the first floor available. He told me to call later after check out time and see if anyone on the first floor has left. When I called, I was told there were still no rooms on the first floor. At this point, I wanted to cancel the rest of my stay and stay somewhere else. I was then told that I could not cancel that night’s stay because it was after the cut off time of day to cancel. I told them to cancel the following night. They did not do that either.
On top of all of this, the room was dirty, smelled like cigars and I saw bugs crawling all over the bathroom.
Do yourself a favor. Do not book here. They have a lot of work to do.

I went to my room and the bed has been used recently, some one had used the bathroom steam still on the mirrors in the bathroom. The room keys didn't work for sets of times. Than they gave me a different room. The room keys didn't work several more sets of times.

Elevator wasn’t working people complained about mold and roaches. My room didn’t have them but they had to fix the couch before I got in there. Waited 2 hours. For breakfast it was mold on the donuts. It was a horrible experience and I’ll never book there again

When we arrived they advised us the elevator was broken. Our room was at the 2nd floor.
In the room, the control of the tv did not work, no hot water, the toilet has a problem with the water because of the top so we can not flush. The breakfast is cheep, no refregerator for milk and yogourt to keep fresh, no choice for gelly fruit (only one), no peanut butter, no creme cheese.
Very desapointed.

Worst place ever to stay. Elevator was not working. Corridor carpet looked like they were never Vaccum or cleaned.
We had booked 2 rooms both didn’t had hot water. Management didn’t care even after numerous calls to the front desk.Room were stinky. You can’t stay at a place like this even for free.

The elevator was out of service. The hallway carpet and walls were dirty. The room smells and mildew upon entering. Once the AC was on for a few hours and smell passed. It was cheap. It was quiet, but I don’t think I would ever return to this hotel.

The elevator was not working. We talked them into a 2nd floor room. 1 night stay so not bad but should be noted. Check first before you book.

I was supposed to be refunded , staff did not let me stay he did not understand and kept changing his answers.

Room had tv not working and water sips from underground making the tiles wet every morning.
Reported problems and nothing was done. Kept promising repairs soon right from first day and no one showed up for repairs or replacement of tv. In other words, made to stay there without tv and wet tiles throughout the whole weekend.

Staff not friendly

The best thing I can say is the staff was excellent!! The staff should be given a raise. The hotel itself was dirty stains all over the place and I felt like I was in the Getto!!! Trash everywhere all doors propped open by the Getto people staying there. Staff was constantly going to secure doors and tenets was smoking weed and people coming and going. No working lights outside completely dark. I will not be going back there. Just feel bad for the guy working behind the counter having to put up with all he did.

I was only there an hour but the carpet is filthy and walking in seeing it made me feel like the whole place was nasty.
Secondly, I was charged $343 for one night and didn't stay because my lights csme bsck on. The standard charge is half of that.

I understand the area lost power last week, but the entire hotel was dirty. Chicken wing on floor for 2 days in the hallway, litter scattered all across the main outside entrance, sticky floors, handprints on curtains, and the smell of smoke. Again, the area did lose power after Beryl and hotels were hard to find. But this doesnt excuse how dirty the entire stay felt. For $155, I don't expect the red carpet, but this was way below par. There needs to be some kind of standard. Someone needs to address this.

In midnight, someone entered my room suddenly..
I’m assuming that front staff inform incorrect room number and room key.
I was very scared…
Also there is cockroach in lobby.

If you are only going to sleep at the hotel and want to save money, then go ahead book here. The rug in the room was dirty and smelled moldy. The hall rug was dirty, stained and also smelly. The TV didn't work. It was connected to a Direct TV box. When I asked the front desk for help, the person told me thats a common problem and he couldn't help. The breakfast uses a communal jar of jelly as opposed to individual packets. They also use a communal package of cream cheese instead of individual packets. Needless to say, I did not stick around for breakfast. Overall the rugs need to be replaced, there is a general smell of mold and the hotel is in need of lots of upgrades. I for one, will stay here again. I rather spend a few more dollars and stay in a better kept property.

I was supposed to stay four nights but had to cancel after night one. There were bugs in the room on the bed. The room had an odor, the towel had long hairs in it. This room should not be rented to people.

Review ls before booking seemed ok..must be done be employees. Worst Comfort Inn & Suites I’ve ever stayed at. Would be pushing it to even being a Confirt Inn. More like a Motel than a hotel. Tons of printed out sheets of paper taped everywhere with reminders of checkout, reduced breakfast hours, no food allowed to be taken to rooms, no check in before 3pm. Looked tacky and a 2 star hotel. Old beds, small old TV, pool was green, breakfast consisted off a waffle maker, cold cereal, orange juice only in a pitcher, and no coffee cup lids.

There was a murder/suicide there when we stayed there.

I arrived at 9pm Saturday night from Dallas for a mountain bike race Sunday morning. The room has odor of smoke, like it used to be a smoking room. The mini fridge was broken and the entire property had no ice machine. The food I brought spoiled. I reported to the desk clerk the next morning and he said not my problem, management problem, I will report it to them.
