The check in was horrible. It took booking.com all night to send over the confirmation.

The breakfast was not included. You have to pay for breakfast and it was expensive.

If breakfast was complimentary!

Save yourself some money and stay somewhere cheaper it’s the same quality.

It is in a decent location for the area.

The hotel needs to be maintained it didn’t look like a Hilton maybe a best western there was issues and you can tell things are being deep cleaned or maintained regularly. Also there is no complementary breakfast they charge too much for it too go somewhere else if you want breakfast.

Not as good a value as Hampton across the street but 5% nicer.

Great room facing green space. Good coffee maker in room. Very nice facilities with restaurant and breakfast dining.

Did not realize breakfast was not included.

Bad customer service from restaurant staff

We have booked room with breakfast. We were sitting eating, and one lady brought a bill, and after even showed her the coupon, she insisted just to sign the bill. The whole staff of the restaurant are not pleasant and not friendly at all. I strongly suggest changing the whole restaurant staff. They are rude and doesn't know the basic customer service.

It was great! Definitely staying here again!

The breakfast was amazing! Nice variety, fruit was fresh. Location is great! Heb is close by along with places to eat. Room was cozy and clean.

over all it’s wonderful place to stay

good place to stay with family

in the room we stayed there AC was running continuously, and the controls switch wasn’t working at all , we called to front desk and they replied that if you want turn off the AC just unplug, when we try to find the plug , we couldn’t find. we were so tired after a long day so we just used blankets to cover ourselves and sleep . but it was a coldest night for us .

Customer service lacked in helping out what needed to be done. had to continually call for help. No room service when needed. Had to reserve when service could be done.

I wouldn’t stay here again it was not a good experience!

the look of the hotel when you walk in is nice

the front desk lady was rude, there were no carts to help bring up luggage and we had children with us, the cell service is non existent in here, elevator was broken, ants were crawling in the bathroom, front desk lady was rude and very in helpful late at night when we needed towels. told us it would be hours before we got them and we should just walk downstairs. We stayed here for my daughter’s 5 birthday and I’m highly disappointed and will never be back.

I will NEVER be back. Horrible services.

Upon arrival the receptionist was not very friendly. After checking and and getting the room keys, we attempted to go to our room and the door was locked. the key was working but the door was locked. After getting into the room the toilet was broken they had to call someone to come and fit it instead of providing us with another room. I have never received this care at any other Hilton Inn. It was horrible for me.
