We had just spent 2 days at another hotel chain that was excellent so comparing the 2 might not be completely fair. The Best Western Plus Peppertree Airport Inn in Spokane, Washington was a good option, just not the best we have been to, but way above the worst we have ever stayed at. I didn't think the bed or the pillows were that comfortable, but my 2 traveling companions thought they were okay, and they were okay. We were a little disappointed that the hot breakfast was not in the inn itself, but at a Denny's just a few feet away. This proved a little difficult for our daughter who had hoped to run downstairs, eat quickly and get back to her laptop to do some business for her work before checking out. The hotel did have a quick and go breakfast bag or vouchers for a discount to eat at Denny's. The Denny's was clean, and the service was great as was the food. It was a great location for us as it was a quick on and off to the freeway.

The room was beyond my expectations. Clean, laid out well, spacious. All furniture and appliances looked new. The bed was comfortable. A separate area for the couch and coffee table. A very nice desk with plenty of outlets, even usb outlets for devices. A Keurig coffee maker stocked with coffee pods. It had a refrigerator & Microwave. The concierge staff were attentive and friendly.

Pictures are false advertising. This is not a new hotel or fully remodeled it was partially remodled at somepoint. I refused to stay a second night. 2 out of 4 bulbs out over vanity, some sickening room or carpet deodorizer stench, moldy, cracked shrinking caulking/seams in the bathroom, moldy grout, poorly fitting toliet seat, uncomfortable bed and worn out bedding. Awful awful place!

The staff was pretty rude. We got called from the front desk several times for talking in a normal voice around 11 pm. I guessed the rooms are not soundproof well. And we just had a normal conversation, the front desk person even threatened to kick us out. This was ridiculous!

Room smells, Walls are thin. You can hear room doors in the hall slamming. Front desk was mildly polite. Hotel manager was bothered I went to her line instead of her employee. I would recommend using the stairs and not the elevator

March 2, I was searching for hotels to make a reservation, reviewing the options; at the BW or the Ramada inn airport Spokane . I received a "junk text message" from a third party claiming I had made a reservation at the BW? I didn't respond. As you (xxx .com) warns not to open unsolicited text - I didn't. Thus, I couldn't confirm or deny the reservation. The day of my trip I saw I had a reservation via email from the Best Western Peppertree, I called to cancel told him it was an error. They said they could not cancel the reservation as it was in 24 hours. This was early in the morning I explained to them that I had not made this reservation. They didn’t care they said I had to take it up with you… Expedia / Hotels.com. I called three times again was denied. Thus I’m writing to ask for a refund for a no-show on Friday, May 3 checking - out May 4 The BW hotel manager and your company supervisor billed me for a NO SHOW . There seems to be an issue with your booking relationship between a third party reservation desk, a third-party travel agent that are handling your bookings and unwanted / unconfirmed reservations, and then not cooperating to change them. Please review this practice review this unwanted reservation refund my money and communicate back to [email protected] and/or greghtwfyahoo.com. Thank you John Miles 714-337 8930 .

The hotel provides a voucher for the Denny's located in the parking lot for breakfast. There is a coffee machine in the lobby where you can get a vanilla latte and other choices. There is no hot tub.

Online check in with key pick up from kiosk was very helpful and time saving. Room was spacious and clean. Neighboring tenants were noisy and for some reason were up all night with a child running around and being loud in the corridor, but that is not the hotel’s fault. Some people just have no manners. I wish the breakfast coupons were available a night before instead of 7 am in the morning. We had to leave before 7 am and we could have redeemed the promised coupon at the 24 hours Denny’s across the parking lot but those coupons don’t become available before 7 am. So even though the hotel gave us some muffins and yogurt etc, the Denny’s option would have been much better if the coupon is given earlier.
