The hotel itself was fine; it was clean and nice. Our particular room however, wasn't the best room we've stayed in. The air conditioner was working but it wasn't really blowing cold air. Of course this would be on a late night when it was 100 all day. So it was very uncomfortable humid in our room. I would have asked for a change of room but it was almost midnight and I had a sleeping child with me. Also, the door to the room wasn't closing without me having to lift it and practically slam it. I guess the hinge was coming loose off the frame? So aside from being uncomfortable humid and warm, the bed itself was comfortable. The couch was comfortable. The tv worked fine, it had a fridge and we took advantage of the breakfast offered in the morning. We would stay again but we would check in earlier to avoid this happening again. That way if something like this did happen, I wouldn't be exhausted to ask for a room change.

Serviced its purpose. Staff were friendly upon check in and check out. Breakfast was included but I didn’t want it at the time. Cleanliness was 4/5 as there were some hairs in the tub. Pool was enjoyable outside.

The staff was great. The property was older and needed some updating. The beds were so hard. I think this is a Hampton Inn change because so many Hamptons beds are now reslly hard

The window shade didn’t work in the room. If I wanted sunlight, I had to roll the curtain and prop it on something like the light shade. Also, bathroom door didn’t lock and front door never full shut properly! Came back to our room several times and door was cracked up!

Super quick and friendly check in. Our room did not have the sofa bed we booked so it was quickly changed with no issue. Room was clean. I could not find an extra pillow or blanket for the pull out but minor inconvenience as I had an extra blanket and used the pillows from the chair. Was only staying one night so not a big deal.
Breakfast was great, my kids enjoyed it as well. Great overall experience, would definitely book here again.

The toilet was clogged after telling staff 3xs about it they still did nothing to fix it told us they were outta rooms the toilet over flowed onto the floor multiple times which we had to clean up i also have a video of it also and because they didn't fix it or move us to another room we had to leave way early just to use the bathroom it really was horrible

The girl at the front desk didn’t say hi or anything, just asked for id and Pointed out where the elevator was. Same as departure, i said good morning and nothing. The bathroom was female hair all over the floor and a few in the shower

I had booked a room with 2 queen beds. When I checked in and arrived in my room, I was given 1 king bed. I went down to speak with the front desk about my room and they told me nothing can be done. It was frustrating when I booked 2 queen beds and received only 1 king bed.

Stayed here for a whole week, never got clean towels or the room cleaned until the very last night and we had to call twice to get that done. Very humid in the rooms, almost wet. Would not stay here again. Room also came with half a roll of used toilet paper and wasn’t clean upon arrival.

The whole place feels like it is run down. For example, the luggage rack I was using was coming apart. Everything looked a little dingy and ill-kempt. Why doesn't Hilton use some of the high price I am paying to spruce up the joint?

The property was old stinky and out dated for the price. The room had peeling paint chips considering my grand daughter got sick in the room her first night in the hotel.
She also has an allergy to dust. The hotel smelled old ,moldy and dusty. The rugs needed to be shampooed. The bathroom had hair in the tub. I had to clean the tub myself. I asked for garbage bags to be put in the garbage can since there were none. I could only get one.This is a part of a hilton hotel it should be removed

The staff was amazing, and went out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible. We were able to check-in half an hour early, and gave my daughter a snack bag for waiting, which got her excited after a long drive/day. The breakfast was excellent, and the cook even baked fresh chocolate chip cookies and brought them to our room! So kind! The pool was clean and fun for my daughter. There is a good restaurant next door but not anything else within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed felt great. We really enjoyed our stay here, my daughter didn't want to leave!

This is our third time staying at this hotel. We come up every year for national lighthouse weekend. This time was just as good as every time. The staff is always extremely friendly (shout out to Diamond!). The hotel is always clean and the breakfast is great.

As we waited we realized all the people in the lobby were waiting for their rooms to be ready. apparently a member of housekeeping quite they were having a hard time catching up. We did not get our room until 7. The communication between housekeeping and front staff seemed very strained. Front office staff seemed to have a hard time with the computer and seeing what rooms were ready. Once we got to the room it was very nice and big and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning had a good selection of items. I think this inn needs to work on communication between staff and perhaps an upgrade to their computer system so that front office staff can more easily monitor what rooms are available

I had reserved 2 rooms here and one of them was uncleaned from the former occupants. The other one smelled bad and had a large tear in the sofa cushion. So we asked for 2 other rooms and as we checked them, both were uncleaned. SO we went to the desk to ask for 2 more and finally we got 2 rooms that were nice and comfortable. It was my earlier belief that Hampton Inns are always in good condition but I now know that is not actually correct. Also, the breakfast worker could not keep up with the food supply either.
