First time staying at this hotel for Gen Con was a little nervous because everyone who bought rooms in downtown were having issues with keeping their hotel rooms because the hotels had over booked. Hilton Inn in plainsfield Indiana is amazing! Nice, helpful staff and clean rooms every day. Wonderful hotel

The room was nice but bathtub had rust stains and looked old. Looks like they remodeled everything but the tub. Breakfast was gross. I don’t eat sugar or flour and choices are tough at times. But even the basic fruit and eggs were yuck.

Went for the big ten championship game, the hotel is nice overall. In minor areas it does show some age, but overall it was a very nice hotel. Bed was very comfortable after a very busy day. Close to downtown Indy. Breakfast was included and it was good, your average breakfast. I will be back next year when Michigan makes it 4 straight.

It’s a tired looking hotel. The beds sag, were uncomfortable, towels are worn out, bathroom looks old, bathtub, shower etc needs to be replaced. $500 for two night was way overpriced for the condition and the comfort level offered. Will definitely think twice before staying at a Hampton inn again. This is the second Hampton Inn in Indianapolis with the same problem. The one in Castleton was pretty shabby too.

check in was quick and easy. staff was excellent, personable, welcoming. we were given a bag of bottled water to take to our rooms. Our room was very clean, however the shower power was not good because half the water was coming from the faucet. The lotion was empty. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. pillows not that great. not the greatest fan of the Zero shampoo and conditioner. breakfast was above average for continental. well kept and clean.

Requested a room next door to my brother. When I called, the girl on duty said no problem and put a note in the computer. When I showed up, the staff did not have a room next door to my brother available on 1st floor. I had to stay on the 2nd floor. Pillows were not firm enough. Lights were too bright. Kids running up and down the hallway. Neighbors slamming their door constantly. Chlorine in pool stron, started bothering my eyes.

I received a warm welcome and a bottle of water was offered and much appreciated. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were great. There was no mold in the shower. I don’t know if it was a fluke but it had the softest towels. I would absolutely stay there again

Their ad said there was an airport shuttle, but there was none. They claimed it was an Expedia ad I saw but it was not. I had to spend time making other arrangements with no offer of help from those behind the desk.
