Only downfall is a totally rusted out toilet in one room that leads to water being brown, it needs to be totally replaced

Excellent quality… everything! Would definitely choose again, although recommend going directly to the hotel website … afterwards I did and it had a better deal.

Rooms are large enough for 3 people to move around and were kept extremely clean.

I was really impressed by the cleanliness of the room. The mattress is starting to cave in and needs to be replaced. Staff was friendly. The pool is very small and not heated.

The property was well located, incredibly clean, the most friendly and helpful staff and housekeeping I've encountered at a hotel! Bed was comfortable and the room was perfect for our stay!

Front desk associate was very rude!! I have stayed here several times and never had any issues, have always requested a balcony room, never had issues with that either. I requested one this time and was told non were available, was also told that our up coming reservation at the end of the month they could not guarantee one, I said okay then I’ll probably just cancel. Instead of trying to offer something she says, well I’ll be more than happy to cancel that for you. I also understand they are first come first serve, and we checked in right at check in time so I know that many people did not check in and get balcony rooms that quick. She had no name tag, and was very rude. Another lady even tried to step in and help us and she wouldn’t allow it. I also requested not to be put on the bottom floor and she did so anyway.

I stayed her for one night, Expedia showed breakfast included, however it was a bistro that you have to pay for. The room was great for the most part, clean, stocked with hygiene supplies expect no shampoo. None of the charging outlets in the room worked and the tv would randomly shut off.

Clean. Comfortable pillows. Great location for overnight stay. Water pressure was great. No one was at the desk upon arrival. Check in took just a little more time than usual. We always request non-adjoining rooms but we received an adjoining room again. Wasn’t as quiet a stay as last time, but still a nice place to stay.

We stopped in for just an overnight stay on our way back from Florida, just could not drive any further. The staff was exceptionally friendly when we checked in/out. The one thing that I though was odd is that they did not offer a continental breakfast, but other than that, they were great. Rooms very clean, staff very friendly.

Man WOW just Wow amazing hotel. I mean the lady Tina upfront was friendly! And the rooms were spotless!!

Will definitely stay here again. The front desk Was helpful and kind.
