Very outdated. Halls were blasting heat and smelled moldy. Beds looked half made. The down comforter feather fill was piled in balls inside the quilting of comforter. Sheets were so old they were see through. Felt itchy all night. We stayed for a few hours to rest and hit the road. I have stayed at comfort suites before and they were nothing like this rundown location.

The stay was very nice. We went to Dalton last minute to visit some friends. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the lobby is very cozy with the fireplace and it was decorated for the holidays. What stood out was the staff. They are so friendly!! Especially the lady at the front desks this morning ! She was an absolute delight to talk with!!

We love Dalton. This hotel is clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be regarding the traffic noise so close to the highway and also the ac unit was a bit noisy.

We arrived pretty late in the evening so our “experience” has been limited. But it was an easy, courteous and attentive check in. The suite has been comfortable and restful overnight. The rooms are clean. The only thing has been the suite was very warm when we walked in, so it took a while for us to get it comfortable. But, it’s not normal for it to be this hot in late October, so who can plan for that? Overall, it’s been a very good stay. I’d strongly recommend the hotel.

As soon as I entered the room (324) all I smelled was cigarette smoke. That evening I showered, the tub was clogged and backed up so I was in ankle deep water filled with someone else’s filth. Next morning I told the front desk about the smell and the clogged shower and the tub needed “attention”. Maintenance unclogged the shower but the tub remained dirty! I tried to use some Fabreeze to cover the smell of cigarettes but it didn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend this place!

Booked a handicap accessible room. Shower had a tub too high to get in, and a shower seat was provided, but the shower didn't have a handheld showerhead. So needless to say bathing wasn't an option. Thankfully it was just for 1 night. Bed was very low to ground and uncomfortable as well. Could have just been this room with those issues. We would stay again despite these things.

The bathroom and shower were dirty. The mattress on the bed was awful, hump in the middle, and slanted on both sides. The room was decently clean, but could’ve been better. The water was light tan color.

Seriously needs upgrade. Tub was very worn as example. Biggest concern was roaches. Only saw/killed a big one (water bug?) when we checked in late, but dismayed to see/kill 4 or 5 in the morning! Would not have stayed if we knew!

Hotel was probably nice when build. Good location and quiet street. But it has seen some better days. Could definitely use some updates and some freshening up. Fortunately we were just passing through not staying for an extended period of time. Overall reading in the hotel was an eight. I think that’s a stretch. I think more of a six.

Check in was easy, but that is where the niceties ended. The room was run down and dirty, the tub had sitting, nasty water in it. The toilet barely flushed and required a plunger. The AC was unable to be adjusted. Stains on the chair. It smelled odd and musty in the room. We used to like this place a few years ago but it must have slowly gotten run down over the last few years. We would not stay here again.

This was my first stay at the Country Inn and I have to say this ranks as one of my new top favorite places to stay.. Check in went smoothly, the room was clean, cool and comfortable. breakfast was outstanding with the offering of eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. The indoor pool was open. I thoroughly enjoyed this visit.

We used to stay here and it was very nice. The staff was rude and the rooms weren't very clean. This hotel needs a make over badly! My daughter's room smelled so bad, and when she told the front desk their response was "it's not my fault ".
