It was very good, no issues at all except for the construction at the entrance which wasn't disturbing just a cosmetic issue for our stay .

The bed was poorly made. On the first day, we requested room service, and everything was fine. However, on the second day, we called for room service for an hour without receiving a response. When they finally answered, we ordered the same dish we had the day before, but this time they forgot to include the sauces. The presentation of the plate was poor, and it was a mess.

For the most part it was okay. But when your forced to pay $16 a night for parking. In an unsecure lot, where my truck got broken into. All they had to really say was, if something was stolen call the police. Alot of help and alot of concern on thier part.

Front desk service was horrendous at check in, lady was very ignorant and un helpful when we were having problems checking in. Had to take 2 payments from me, first one declined and second one was approved, but when telling the woman that it in fact did take 2 payments from me she proceeded to refuse the fact that i had now lost an additional $715 dollars. Very rude, very dismissive and ignorant, she should not be in customer service at all.

The lady at the check in was exceptionally helpful. Everyone I spoke to was polite and friendly. The server at the restaurant for the breakfast could have been the most friendly person I have ever encountered.

Woke a a guy literally mixing cement outside our window at 7:13 am. Unbelievably noisy, drilling, yelling/talking, multiple times his phone alarm/ringer going off and the scaffolding going up and down. Could not open out curtains as he was standing right in our window. Why book this room out??? Terrible.

Busy weekend in the city with Car show, Rock the River, and Folkfest going on and this property handled the influx of people with professionalism and grace. The rooms are clean, beds comfy, quiet, and felt safe in the heart of Saskatoon.

The staff were friendly and informative. I had some questions because I had never stayed there before. I believe the property is undergoing some renovations as there was some construction noise going on. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay the night.

It is a very nice hotel. There were participants from a national convention also staying in the hotel.....and NOT enough staff in the lounge or the restaurants. The WIFI had been done since Friday....and when we check out on Tuesday it still hadnt been rectified---seemed like the front desk staff were speaking from a script. Very frustrating when WIFI is dependant on working remotely. Not cool!!!

This hotel is fairly average. Nothing special but a place to rest your head. The location is a bonus as it’s close to lots of attractions and restaurants. The hotel itself is a bit rundown, the rooms are small. The bed was very comfortable which was a pleasant surprise. The pool was nice, we didn’t get to use the hot tub as it was tiny and only 3 people fit comfortably. The hotel was easy to find and there was lots of parking available, although it is paid parking even if you are a patron of the hotel. There was some mold around the bathtub which was a bit unpleasant to see, also no bathroom fan which is inconvenient when travelling with others. Overall it was a good stay but if you’re looking for a fancier experience you may want to look elsewhere. If it’s an overnight stop this is a good choice.

We were in the city for an event at TCU place so very convenient. The staff was super friendly and helped us with all we needed. The AC wasn’t working properly but even with 30 degree weather we were able to stay comfortable and slept well

1st day * Had to ask for bathroom tissue to be replenished upon entering the room as started with near empty rolls ( true and fact ) * Insufficient towels in room for 3 individuals * dirty bedding left attached to Sofa - bed (Was never replaced for us during our stay) "was pictured" and I Told the Manager and he did nothing about it! ( true and fact ) * sofa - bed ( was stained )"was pictured"... Told the Manager and he did nothing about it! ( true and fact ) 2nd day * Had to ask for bathroom towels to be replenished (True and fact ) * I purchased small waste paper - room garbage bags as replacements not installed ( true and fact ) * ice machine near our room ( broken and out of order ) * not worth the price !! * very unclean !! * very unprofessional !! * vety disappointing !! * won't be coming back to this hotel !! This hotel is lucky to have a 2 ** out 5 rating!

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. I arrived early, and the front desk was able to find me a room to check in. From the outside, it didn't look very appealing, but the rooms were recently renovated and clean. Water temperature and pressure in the shower was excellent. The pool area was nice and there was a nice patio that I wished I had more time to enjoy. The location is convenient, but a bit of an industrial feel.

The bath tub had hair. So did my bed. And when I told them they offered a different room. So I took it however. Still hair in the tub. The lady in the front working this evening is rude as hell she doesn’t know customer service!!!!! Terrible stay terrible staff
